If it could be pointed out to the producers that it wouldn't really be a "new" film, but a re-make of something done in the early 30s, it might stand a chance. New things don't do anything but scare Hollywood.

Do a "remake" of some WWII movie that starred Eddie Bracken. But kill more people than the original.
