A lot will happen quickly in a Trump Administration. Donald Trump unveiled his 100 day action plan for energy-related policy.
•We’re going to rescind all the job-destroying Obama executive actions including the Climate Action Plan and the Waters of the U.S. rule.
•We’re going to save the coal industry and other industries threatened by Hillary Clinton’s extremist agenda.
•I’m going to ask Trans Canada to renew its permit application for the Keystone Pipeline.
•We’re going to lift moratoriums on energy production in federal areas
•We’re going to revoke policies that impose unwarranted restrictions on new drilling technologies. These technologies create millions of jobs with a smaller footprint than ever before.
•We’re going to cancel the Paris Climate Agreement and stop all payments of U.S. tax dollars to U.N. global warming programs.
•Any regulation that is outdated, unnecessary, bad for workers, or contrary to the national interest will be scrapped. We will also eliminate duplication, provide regulatory certainty, and trust local officials and local residents.
Any future regulation will go through a simple test: is this regulation good for the American worker? If it doesn’t pass this test, the rule will not be approved.
Clearly, this is at odds with the program that Barack (and his little sock puppet, Hillary) put into place.

Does this mean that our national war on the weather will end? What will happen to all of the United Nations functionaries who make their livings from US funded anti-weather operations? Will Russia pick up their tab? Maybe Cuba will, they’re very fond of Barack – aren’t they?

With the war  against the weather coming to an end, what will the US Military do? That is their primary mission in Barack’s Amerika. Will they re-task their priorities?

Maybe it’s also time to reassess the value of remaining in the United Nations. What is it that they do -really? Oh, I know that people use those resolutions to justify going to war against Iraq, etc. but isn’t just a bag of stale, fetid wind? What would the spies at the UN Office in New York City do if their diplomatic status was canceled? Would the UN relocate to Russia? Would they host the thousands of spies under diplomatic cover? What about China? And if the US stopped paying, who would pick up that mantle? Trump hasn’t said anything about that (yet).

We’re going to cancel the Paris Climate Agreement and stop all payments of U.S. tax dollars to U.N. global warming programs.

  2. I think that Trump is serious as a heart attack about making good on his promises. But he needs to be elected and to take office first.

  3. Let's just assume The Donald wins in November, and starts hacking away at the regulatory mess we have now with a chainsaw.

Imagine what Barry and the recently defeated (or incarcerated) Hillary will have to say about that? Will this be their horse to ride into the 2018 midterms?

And then what happens if The Donald's plans have immediate positive effect? What will the left do? Tell us all that we can't believe our lying eyes?

The left won't give up, you know. I am curious as to how being out of power will manifest itself, and how their cries of doom and destruction will play in Peoria.

  4. I would love to see the money spent on the war on weather be stopped. Perhaps Trump could have is AG file a suit against the law that took away our light bulbs?

I would also like to see the US just take the UN building and build something useful on the spot, like a McDonalds.

  5. LL, two things in this excellent post stand out to me, namely, that DJT's energy policy is the mirror image of your own and that Hillary is a sock puppet.

This leads me to ask, should we expect you to become Trump's emissary to the U.N.?

  6. I have a different thought on re-purposing the UN building. My sense is that it could be a better and more updated version of the Circus-Circus Casino (and hotel) in Las Vegas. You need to keep with the theme. I'm not saying that it shouldn't have a McDonalds inside it (clown theme).

  7. I would make an excellent Secretary General of the UN (a post that Barack covets). Leave it to me…

  8. "Doom and destruction" will be the cant, but jobs would balance all that out, and a booming economy (Reaganomics) has a way of drowning out the commies.

  9. But – but – they are the symbol of the GOP. That's not progressive. The UN circus needs to incorporate jackasses.

  10. An Old NFO post put our war dead North of 1,100,000. Most of those wars, in part, was to insure our national sovereignty. Still, we have people who willingly give away our sovereignty to the UN. No Senator who votes for that will ever get my vote or campaign donation.

Looking right at you Michael Bennet (D) Colorado.Just like two years ago with Mark Udall.

  11. With full diplomatic immunity, I could lawfully do away with any delegates who pissed me off…which means just about all of them. That would be a start.

  12. The UN needs to go somewhere else… Maybe one of those third worlds they seem to love so much!
