  1. The suspense builds. Just what is in the caldera? Hillary? Al Sharpton? The Great O himself? Perhaps US foreign policy. We wait with bated breath.

  2. The metaphors are not that deep in this story. I'm glad that you are enjoying it.

Clearly any dark hole where light does not abide is a metaphor for the souls of Hilly, Al and Barack, the magnificent.

  3. I'm fascinated by Lawson already. He must be some godly alien. So…what cometh from the hell fire of the caldera?

  4. Since I don't dare leave things too open ended, many of the questions as to what the heck is going on will be answered. Naturally, things started out weird and are getting weirder.

  5. Waiting… But I think that by not remembering what the hell happened, there is not much of a dread in going back. But, being the chicken shit that I am, I would have told Lawson, "After you, sir."

  6. Any story that manages to combine geothermal anomalies, a hush-hush black ops unit, and the Other Government Agency has my attention. Excited to see how this ends LL.

  7. Then again, he knows that the last time he went in, the guy in front of him (Ofcr. in charge) got his head popped like a balloon.

  8. Can't wait to see where your mind has taken this one! Love the stories.
Maybe in the future package them up and sell them, along with unpublished stores, like David Drake has done?

  9. I don't know David Drake, but maybe. I find it difficult to fathom a genuine market for them, but there may be.
