This surveillance video was recorded by an AC-130 gunship, out of earshot of the people below. No action was taken by the aircraft. It was merely a matter of natural selection. The terrorist trainees were making an improvised explosive device from a 155 mm artillery shell. You shouldn’t play with things you don’t fully understand.
