Cash said it.
Whoever is unjust let him be unjust still
Whoever is righteous let him be righteous still
Whoever is filthy let him be filthy still
Listen to the words long written down
When the man comes around
There’s a man goin’ ‘round takin’ names
Johnny lived to be 71, and he rolled over a lot of hard road in those years.
It's been a while since I listened to Johnny Cash; thanks for the reminder.

He was great. A lot of people criticized him but he was a talented performer.
That man worked at his profession, and shared the stage with many other performers.
Even though I'm more of a "rocker" (chair these days…) I always had great respect and admiration for Mr. Cash. Truly an American original, extraordinarily talented and gifted, and a friend of The Common Man.
What a great song. Have to re-post it.
He did, but he was also a great solo act.
I think that his performances started out as an act. He had a very well defined brand. In the end, he became the brand. Quite a guy.
I'm not a big country/western fan, but I like Cash.
I keep a close watch on this heart of mine.
I keep my eyes wide open all the time.
Words to live by.
That he did.
This is a powerful video.

You won't be arrested for drunk driving if you can walk the line.
He was an American treasure.
Yes. Powerful, and I suggest, also important.
A true great and a personal favorite for over 50 years.
