Two thousand years ago the famous Roman Statesman and Orator
Marcus Tullius Cicero gave a profound speech (without using a
teleprompter) in which he described Barack Obama and Hillary
Clinton with astounding accuracy.

Cicero said “A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not traitor, he speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their garments, and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared.”
Samuel Adams had a slightly different take on a similar problem: “Contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say, ‘what should be the reward of such sacrifices?’ Bid us and our posterity to bow the knee, supplicate the friendship, and plow, sow and reap to glut the avarice of men who have let loose on us the dogs of war to riot in our blood and hunt us from the face of the earth? If yes love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude more than the animating contest of freedom-go from us in peace. We ask not your counsel or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.” 
What about Obama’s IRS?
- Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said “the fact that Americans were targeted by the IRS because of their political beliefs is unconscionable.”
- This administration has hired thousands of IRS agents to enforce Obamacare. This administration is dangerous. Is anyone watching them?
The Constitution hangs by a thread, my friends.
Cicero was a very smart chap. One might say, Far Sighted.
How un-shocking that Obama would use politics to decide who to reward and who to punish. This sounds an awful lot like his choice of which Chevrolet dealerships to close and which to remain open. And why was a politician making those choices in the first place? That Americans allowed THAT to happen unchallenged has led us on the torturous path to this place.
These are dark days. I pray our fellow Americans have the resolve to see us through.
It is our fellow Americans that are the problem. They are the ones that voted he and his minions into power, and they are the ones that will keep him there until the republic formally falls. Already the traitors, not satisfied with their 51% of the voters, are importing more from foreign countries, promising them the wealth of the productive if they can get here. The days of freedom, of prosperity, and of hope, are over, unless radical change in our country occurs. That change is not politically likely, and no one is selling the original electorate on its necessity. It's almost certainly too late for us. We will now live in a banana republic, ruled by a "liberal" elite that will never leave.
During his life, Rome honored him. He died when Caesar destroyed the Republic and turned the nation into a dictatorship.
It's clearer now than at any time during the past four years that the government is using the government to "clean out political undesirables" by unleashing agencies such as the IRS to go after people who identify themselves as 'patriots'.
We know that Catholics and Protestant Christians have been tagged as "dangerous subversives" by DHS and DOD because they oppose homosexual marriage, abortion and wish to retain the Bill of Rights. DHS watchlists were directed against retired police officers and returning service members because they tend to be conservatives and patriots.
The word, "Patriot", has been sullied by the ObamaNation– and no wonder. (reflecting on the words of Marcus Tullius Cicero)
It's 'almost' to the "ethnic cleansing" stage… if you don't believe as they do, you WILL be targeted, prosecuted, and taken out… And the freedoms we hold dear are being eroded on a daily basis under the guise of 'protecting' us from ourselves…

I do love that quote.
When chains are on the closet door, it makes it hard to use the vacuum cleaner.
Simple people such as you and I are need to be kept away from sharp objects, and herded like sheep.
It resonates across the ages.
Just don't chain the water closet door.
Looking at that map again, I'm thinking of changing my mind…in favor of portioning states' electoral votes by county…
