(American Thinker) “…Many establishment Republicans only wanted a nominee who was part of George Carlin’s “big club,” with the last name of Bush, or endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce, The Wall Street Journal, or the Koch brothers. Still, others bristled at Trump’s desire to secure America’s borders, avoid foreign wars, achieve American energy independence, and level the global trade. After all, globalists and the military-industrial complex are happy with and profit immensely from open borders, endless wars, high energy prices, and China-centric trade deals.

Trump attempted to build a border wall despite NeverTrump resistance from his party. Biden opened the border to 10,000 known illegal crossings per day.

Trump nominated three constitutional Supreme Court justices, while Biden nominated a black woman who didn’t know what a black woman was. Democrats want to stack the high court with leftists who will rewrite the U.S. Constitution to resemble Marx and Engels’s Communist Manifesto.

Our national debt has eclipsed $35 trillion. Congress spends $12 million per minute. Our debt-to-GDP ratio is 1.37, red-line territory. GDP represents all federal income, personal and government, but federal receipts or income are only $4.4 trillion, an eighth of the debt.

If the federal government aimed to eliminate the debt, it would take eight years with zero spending on anything the government currently funds. Our rapidly growing debt is not sustainable without some severe course correction. Who is more likely to steer America in the right direction? Obama/Harris/Biden or Trump? This should be an easy answer.

The current Democrat presidential ticket is two Marxists.”

I understand that neither President Trump nor Senator Vance is conservative. Neither of them will push for the elimination of 50% of the bloated federal bureaucracy. At the same time, I’m confident that if elected, they’d run the executive branch of government. Under Pedo Joe Biden or the Ho, I have no idea who controls nuclear football. I only know that it’s not them. The power brokers wouldn’t trust the cackling Ho with her room-temperature IQ to do anything but sign. And if she didn’t sign, they have machines to do that.

There is also this possibility.

Bullet Points:

** Get your kicks on Route 66 in Arizona. (photo – right)

** Food History – Nachos were invented in 1943 in Piedras Negras, Mexico, just across the border from Texas. A group of hungry American military wives arrived at a restaurant after it had closed, and the chef, Ignacio “Nacho” Anaya, quickly improvised with the ingredients he had on hand—tortilla chips, cheese, and jalapeños, served on butcher paper.

The dish was named “Nachos” after its creator, Ignacio “Nacho” Anaya. “Nacho” is a common nickname for Ignacio.

The original nachos were simple: fried tortilla chips topped with melted cheese and sliced pickled jalapeños. Meat, beans, and guac—toppings came later as nachos became popular.

Fun fact – I was at a restaurant and knew the waiter. MRSLL did not. I speak Spanish, but MRSLL does not. I said, “Hey Nacho, how have you been? (in English)” We spoke briefly, and then he took our order to the kitchen. She dressed me down as if I was a freshly landed trout. “You can’t call that man after an appetizer. What’s wrong with you?” I said, “His name is Ignacio Gomez, Nacho.” She apologized to Ignacio on my behalf, and Ignacio, confused, shrugged it off as mutterings from a crazy gringa.

** “You’ve got to be very careful if you don’t know where you are going because you might not get there.” – Yogi Berra

** Butter made from thin air? Bill Gates is at it again.  This is their website.

** Housekeeping – The blog has been down for a few days, and I have a team working to restore it to operation. I’m told it will be up by 8/24, so let’s see if that is the case. It’s 11 am PST as of this writing and still no resolution.

** RFKjr dropped out of the case and endorsed President Trump. He will campaign for the Republican candidate. That’s quite a statement. In a different time, wouldn’t he have had a good shot at the top slot in the Democrat Party? I mean, back before they were installed.  RFKjr is not a fan of Barack and his husband, Big Mike, and that may have something to do with his exclusion. It will be good to see Robert Kennedy campaigning for the people’s choice.

** Jules is out frolicking again. You can read about it on her blog.

** Black Rock, State Street, and Vanguard are the largest shareholders of 88% of Fortune 500 Companies. They control $66 trillion. They are buying up residential real estate at an alarming rate. Tell me again, who runs America?

** Q-Is British food that bad?  A-If made correctly, yes. Although I will add parenthetically, that Claudio refused to fully embrace American pizza and pasta.

Crazy Movie Scripts

Harrelson spent the majority of his famous “SNL” monologue touting the “craziest script” he ever read. “So the movie goes like this,” he explained at the monologue’s climax. “The biggest drug cartels in the world get together and buy up all the media and all the politicians and force all the people in the world to stay locked in their homes. And people can only come out if they take the cartel’s drugs and keep taking them over and over.”

“I threw the script away,” Harrelson added. “I mean, who was going to believe that crazy idea? Being forced to do drugs? I do that voluntarily all day.”

  3. Zowie! You are back, I thought you had been finally kneecapped and wouldn’t be back. You must be one hell of a threat to someone! The picture of the donkeys, I sure miss my three donkeys and riding mule(I identified as Festus) and they were as calm and serene as those in the picture. I finally found a picture of the true Kamala over at BN and ((she)) sure is black… I have to wonder what good and hard men will react if the dottish indian is installed with the withering tampex pusher, I hope it is not pretty and that a message is finally understood by the marxist wannabes we will not brook any form of communism.

    1. When you look at the history of the conquest of the West, the further West you went, the more the Army relied on mules. Once they hit Arizona, the big Missouri Mules worked for troop transport, but Burros handled the heavy lifting because of the rugged terrain. A lot of them are wild now. I ran onto a herd of about 20 mustangs, maybe ten miles southwest of Holbrook, on Friday. There are a lot of wild horses in Arizona, too.

    1. Thanks for sharing that link. Looks like NASA has officially handed over the project to SpaceX to bring the two astronauts home. Elon and engineers look like they have their work cut out for them. I’m sure theyll get it done the “right & safe way” to bring them home.

      1. I guess that means that the Boeing CEO won’t be riding third seat in a Boeing-built spacecraft to welcome them home…

  4. The “possibility” that Deep State is worried about the competency of their previous choices, which were in fact selected by themselves according to their own Grand Plan, calls into question the competency of the Deep State themselves, which would seem to be a flaw in that theory.

Growing up in the RGV in the 50's, nachos were chip and cheese, and the jalapeno slice was optional. We were blissfully ignorant of other possibilities and were happy in that ignorance. I'll admit to being horrified at first when people started piling all manner of other things on them, but also must admit that I've been assimilated. Resistance was futile.

    1. It’s increasingly common for Mex restaurant owners in my part of the world to resort to bagged Sysco corn chips. If you didn’t cook them same day, don’t serve them, IMHO.

  5. Welcome back still again. The democrat party sounds like a pair of super villains. We have the Cackler and her sidekick the Blue Falcon. Certainly inspires confidence.

  6. I can’t believe it’s not butter! Finally, factory farm food from a real factory. And Billy G gets richer. Of course poor Elon will have to build one of those food factories on Mars ’cause it’s expensive to ship cows on a months long journey to a place with 1/3 the gravity and less sunlight. But hey, let’s not discuss rich men’s tax subsidized fantasies.

  8. Welcome back. Sad you have to spend hard earned money on restoring your blog. That has to be getting old.

With all the bad news in the world how about something positive. How are all your various books under development coming along? Frank B et all were left hanging in limbo with all sorts of stuff going on.

Is this part of the “I hate cows/cow farts/farmers/anything that might be construed as ‘natural’ movement” to make more room for solar panels?
There are other flavors found in butter (we use Kerrygold, though I don’t doubt there are better butters – ooh! sorry ’bout that) that I do not believe that Bill and assocs will be able to emulate.
Chemically, the molecular engineering isn’t that difficult, but until they can promise me:

I might as well be cooking with margarine

  10. Dornier Do26. Say what you will but the German’s sure seemed to come up with some innovative and beautiful aircraft.

Mules and donkeys. My neighbor (since passed) used to have a mule. Darn friendly until it saw a dog. Then it went flat out crazy. He said all of them are like that; just hate dogs. Don’t know that to be fact.

    1. Oh, yes donkeys and mules will attack all canines and kill them. I couldn’t take my two dogs, a Queensland heeler and my Australian Shepard into the corral and pens of my Boer goats they were protecting. They would have killed them and then wanted treats…

  11. With TDS and the MSM doing all they could (24/7) to vilify Trump since he first put is name in the hat for President (2025). You have people who do not think when they hear the word “Trump”, they just hate. No matter what it is, if Trump is for it it’s bad. Think of Pavlov’s dog’s…

    >>** Black Rock, State Street, and Vanguard are the largest shareholders of 88% of Fortune 500 Companies. They control $66 trillion. They are buying up residential real estate at an alarming rate. Tell me again, who runs America?<<
That's a really good question! Who does run America? We need a list of the actual people who sit on these boards and direct what happens, we need the MSM head honchos & tech company people on that list too.
Let's open the curtain and get a look!

    1. who are the largest shareholders in Black Rock, State Street, and Vanguard?
how much did their personal fortunes increase during the Obama years, the Biden admin?
are any of their relatives in Congress?
      just asking for a friend

      1. Some are pension and large institutional funds that you may have a financial interest in without knowing it. No matter what, it’s better to own a politician than to have a family member in politics. They’re easily disposable and you can always cultivate a new one who can be bent to your will.

  12. Delighted to see you’re up and running again. Snappy salute for staying in the fight when you just as easily cut the cord and put your feet up.
    ——
Parting shot. Couldn’t find a clip just now, but IIRC, towards the end to the movie “Platoon”, there is a brief background shot of an APC moving through the jungle with a large Stars and Bars flying from the mast.

    1. That’s the Confederate Battle Flag, to be precise.

A slightly defaced Stars and Bars now flies over Georgia. Check out how that came into being. Go figure…

        1. The Battle Flag started out rectangular, and was officially made square as an economy measure later in the war.

  13. You have been missed! There is nothing quite like this place. A daily stop for me.

  14. Good to have you back in the fight. Assaulto, andale, andale. front sight, Press.

  15. Glad to have my brain clearing/spleen venting venue back up and running…even if I’m off the grid a bit the past week.

        1. Thanks…managing the unseen minefields of life tends to focus the mind, leaving little tolerance for the asinine and stupid that our elite club foist upon the rest of us.

  16. Nacho: yeah, I knew a Chinese dude named Eggroll. And if you think that’s tough, his poor sister was stuck with “Crab Rangoon”. ☹️

Of course Harrelson threw away the script. Totally unbelievable. In the real world the heads of the Cabal would loudly identify as powerless victims, continually at risk of utter annihilation. But they’d brag about their power in their company newsletter (easily available to the public), then persecute anyone who simply repeated what they boasted about in the open. That’s the dumb reality we live in now.

        1. My oldest daughter moved into her dorm this week at her dad’s old School, University of Michigan. Next time she needs me to come up maybe we could throw some lead down range or grab a steak. Let me know.

  17. Glad your back up , damn them to hell.
Working from memory here, the flag thought of as the confederate flag is actually the Navel Ensign. The confederate army flags were square with fringe , the color of the fringe had some significance , don’t recall what. PGT Beureguard got credit for the design of the southern cross. I believe . But when he fired on sumpter he was flying the Bonny Blue Flag.

    1. Hats off to the Bonny Blue and Lone Star flags!

As well as the Rebel flag. I fly all 3 ( on flagpoles, walls, bikes and various helmets)

  18. ‘Conservative’ doesn’t mean run everything into the ground for ideals. An immediate 50% cut would mean a lot of bloodshed.
I might have missed a point or two because of your love affair with facebook and youtube. It’s funny that you talk about conservative values, even saying T and V aren’t conservatives, while supporting self-avowed anti-conservative censors working against everything the lions have built up. I’m calling you a hypocrite. Our collective problem is that we’ve all become hypocrites to some extent.
Still…great blog. It’s on my short list of daily reads. Because I’m a hypocrite.

    1. I don’t think that you could cut 50% overnight. What would the displaced do? However as an aspirational goal? Yes, I think we could do just fine with half.
