A friend asked me to write crib notes for a journalist in Greece. This is what I wrote this afternoon.
The June Los Angeles insurrection is funded by the usual suspects within the Democrat Party’s mechanism in an attempt to (1) embarrass Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) who has ambitions of becoming the next leader of the currently leaderless national political party; (2) attempt to provoke a national response to the Trump Administration’s deportation policy by creating civil unrest in a ‘theater’ that they control; (3) weaken a strengthening Trump administration which is gaining populaity nationaly.
There are factions within the Democrat Party nationally, losing popularity across demographics, and most oppose Gov. Newsom’s potential candidacy. Following the bungled response to the devastating Pacific Palisades Fire, where Newsom’s weak leadership and the weak leadership of local Democrats created a disaster of biblical proportions, a civil insurrection in that political marketplace draws the media’s focus like a moth to a candle. The high concentration of illegal aliens of all demographics and nationalities creates a target-rich environment for immigration enforcement.
Contrary to popular opinion, the Hispanic population of Los Angeles and the minority community do not overwhelmingly favor the arrival of millions of illegal aliens. The hope that the new arrivals voting illegally would create a cadre of people who would vote (illegally) for Democrat Party politicians into the future, as well as their numbers justifying the creation of more Democrat controlled congressional demographics, could be damaged by aggressive deportations.
Paid operatives who have been in place in Los Angeles for years are available to act within that theater to generate the attention required. They called robotic taxis and then set them on fire rather than attacking motorists. A few thousand paid protestors attracted other local extremists to the theater.
The City of Los Angeles, committed not to assist federal authorities, did not respond effectively, as anticipated. President Trump federalized two thousand members of the California National Guard, which slow-walked their response to restore order and assist in the illegal alien round-up. As a result of continued ineffective responses, President Trump ordered a battalion of regular U.S. Marines to respond from Camp Pendleton, sixty miles south of Los Angeles, to stand by and stage for immediate deployment to restore order.
Governor Newsom threatened to withhold federal taxes from the U.S. government. The Treasury Secretary countered by reminding him that tax evasion is a felony. Gov. Newsom looks weak and ineffective. Illegal aliens and paid operatives waving Mexican flags do not inspire Americans to the cause of illegal immigrants who want to remain in the United States. The potential deployment of regular Marine troops who would follow orders and restore order created a situation where the carefully crafted theater designed to create sympathy would backfire and swing even more voters to the Republican Party.
Deploying Marines into the mess, while being portrayed by the lame stream media as illegal and over the top in their myopic veiw, is certainly a game changer. Please don’t hamper them with idiotic rules of engagement. If you are wearing a mask and chucking bricks, you need to be taken down with extreme prejudice. God speed to them and their mission!
x2 – or more
if taken into custody by the Marines, do the captured come under military or civil law?
The Insurrection Act authorizes the President to deploy military forces within the United States to suppress rebellion, domestic violence, or to enforce the law in certain situations. The statute implements Congress’s authority under the Constitution to “provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions.” It is the primary exception to the Posse Comitatus Act, under which federal military forces are generally barred from participating in civilian law enforcement activities.
Although it is often referred to as the “Insurrection Act of 1807,” the law is an amalgamation of different statutes enacted by Congress between 1792 and 1871. Today, these provisions occupy Sections 251 through 255 in Title 10 of the United States Code.
Thank you.
Boron, IMHO these funded, directed, and condoned events are intentionally causing looting, vandalism, theft, and personal injury crimes. They are way beyond just
– “Disturbing the peace”

In my book this should be considered an act of war and treason. ROE and wartime rules apply. To turn these paid actors and their handlers, and / or ANYONE aiding or abetting them over to any local wokened ruling authorities is going to be crying shame.
X3
X4…give no quarter to anarchists. Seems the MSM didn’t interview any of them…wonder why?
Thanks for taking time to share your work / crib notes. I haven’t checked any lamestream media to read their spin on LA. May it go well for the “Semper Fidelis.”
Meanwhile, the latest trumpet sound is ” no king” day approaching on the horizon.
Melded in with g*y pride among other ” causes, will these ” mostly peaceful ” demonstrations be conducted in the same fashion as LA? I’m hoping red cities will shine with guidelines for civil behavior and or be prepared with LEO to keep the peace with appropriate force. If the blue, left, demolition controlled cities self destruct, can new foundations be laid in these places?
Perhaps it could be time to “go too far” with a few of these yahoos as an example of what could happen on a larger scale if more peaceful protests break out.
The “No Kings” activity here is scheduled for the Student Union on the Colorado State University campus. It’s about 1.5 miles as the crow flies, and roughly double that to walk it. Regardless of what our “governor” does, it’s doubtful the mayor will put up any sh1t, the local Police seem to be pretty good people, and I wouldn’t want to mess with the Sheriff.
Getting a good return on that college education I see, so-called protesting just like the late sixties. Some things never change… that is, except for us engineering students, we actually had to go to class, and did.
Yep. Had to walk from the dorm to/from classes. I felt like a Mailman at times…..went to school out on the prairies of Northern Illinois…..
A bit surprised you;d post that photo of yourself holding a foreign flag.
4d chess?
I thought that the mask would protect my identity…
We have ways of penetrating your cloaking device…..
Brilliant encapsulation of that scripted demented mess by those who are so far behind they believe themselves to be out in front. Heard this morning that Bass was involved with the Cuban faction, Marxist uniform and all, and actually down there with Castro. Then more recently, became a pal of Mayorkis to functionally undermine immigration laws. Seems the grift, cheat, and subversiveness runs deep with that one…and she is ONLY ONE.

Most galling is the MSM and local anarchist officials (all Democrat Marxists) are working their most recent false narrative really hard…that the protests were CAUSED by PDJT’s actions of bringing in the Guard and Marines…which timelines proves the truth of the matter, that he responded to the chaos after it went purposely unchecked. But nothing can stop pathological narcissists, especially if they are in their perceived seat of power and have been told alltheir corrupt lives that they are special, that the laws of physics and morals does not apply to them.
–
I just want PDJT to ask Bass and Newsom, “Hey, how’s the Palisades fire rebuilding going?”…just for the jab-factor.
For four years, we had a federal administration and president who were willing to completely ignore and abrogate existing immigration laws of this country and the security of our border. as a result over 8 million illegal aliens flocked into this country, some crossing the border on foot, some transported here by the prior regime, and most of them given a fictitious temporary status to remain in this country, without regard to the fact that they were here illegally. This was to the detriment not only of those persons who were already citizens of this country but also of those who were attempting to become citizens through lawful means. Without the complicity of the Democratic Party and the Biden administration, this unprecedented invasion would never have occurred. Still, now we are left to clean up the mess, which is presently an order of magnitude larger than it has ever been before. The corrosive effect of this neglect on the public respect for the law and for the institutions of government has been enormous and needs to be reversed. This is a necessary part of that reversal and restoration of respect for the law. If you don’t like the law, fine, work to change it through the democratic process.
.
In this instance, when you set aside the partisan rhetoric, the fact remains that the president is exercising his lawful authority in the face of the ineptitude of local and state leadership.
.
You now live in a country where the federal government will not tolerate the violation of its laws or violence on the streets. Unlike the old regime, immigration laws will not be ignored, nor will the violation of immigration laws be encouraged or tolerated. Those days are over. At least for now.
100%…and yet, just like clockwork, per the Democrat playbook, the anarchy has been activated in Chicago and New York City. Democrats are the enemy within. The optics are simple: While our President was giving an uplifting and supporting speech at Ft. Bragg, Mr Hairgel was whining and blaming The President for trying to clean up Newsom and Bass’ mess. It’s Alpha Dog vs. Yippy Ankle-Biters.
For the ‘citizens’ participating, is exile still an option or is it no longer on the books?
Democrats supporting this ….bs in LA and elsewhere , can’t read the room . This is a bad look , and reflects poorly on their big tent party . I really don’t know where they are going with this approach . On the other side , I don’t know if the Republicans (some of them) realize that many of their voters are not wealthy , not middle class (whatever that is anymore) , and are in fact barely making it , or just downright poor . Some Republicans in the House and Senate don’t support tax cuts on overtime etc, and do support cuts on medicaid . It may be a shock to them that many Republican voters are medicaid recipients . I would hazard a guess most Republicans are working class and not country club class , certainly so for Trump supporters .
Jon Voight blew a major gasket at Newsome today. Encouragingly epic.
Basically took him behind the woodshed. Newsom’s political capital is rapidly dwindling, the funky part, as with most pathological narcissists, he doesn’t see it.
I’ve heard that “No King’s” is wholly owned by Act Blue.
