MSNBC’s Chris Matthews warns his liberal compatriots that “if you can hit Obama on character,” then his current popularity of about 40%, “which is already eroding” can descend much further, “down to about 20%.”
Liberals who are mystified on how Obama could have lied to them all these years and how the Progressive Dream of Socialized Healthcare could have turned out to have been such an unmitigated disaster need only turn to a number of conservative blogs to read back five years (before it was passed) to crystal ball the matter. It has been an open secret since the early discussions where the progressive movement wanted to turn 20% of the national economy (healthcare) over to the US Government to manage for us.
It turns out that the very same government that would manage our health couldn’t turn out a website to buy insurance given three years and a literally unlimited budget. While it’s no surprise to many of us, progressives remain mystified.
(IBD) The president’s winning smile — has been that of a highly skilled grifter, exploiting Americans’ natural willingness to trust in his good faith to perpetrate a massive confidence trick on the nation: “If you like your plan and your doctor you can keep them. Period.”
The president’s personal popularity has for years been based on his apparent sincerity. But now that he has been exposed as a manipulator, victims of one of politics’ slickest con men ever, have turned hard on him.

Democratic National Committee Chairperson Debbie Wasserman Schultz has challenged the Republicans to a debate on ObamaCare, but everyone knows that’s just bluster. The last thing that Democratic Party politicians who are running for re-election want is to have their pants pulled down around their ankles by their opponents.
Barack Obama would have us believe that he knows (and knew) nothing about anything that went on during his presidency. Once he’s out of office and the investigation begins, I suggest to you that progressives will be shocked at what is found — unless Hillary Clinton ascends to Barack’s chair and then there will be no investigation.

That's why they'll do ANYTHING to get Hillary elected. Otherwise, the trial won't be pretty and there will be "progressives" locked up in prison for theft and malfeasance in office.

I disagree. I'm betting that he will blanket pardon everyone in his admin on 17 January, 2017, resign in favor of the brain-damaged one who will in turn pardon him on 18 January. No fuss, no muss, no trials to blow millions on.
