Pure gallium metal is recovered from this concentrated solution using electrolysis. An electric current is passed through the solution, causing pure, liquid gallium metal to deposit onto an electrode. To meet the strict standards required for the semiconductor industry (often 99.9999% or “6N” purity), the gallium undergoes additional zone refining or fractional crystallization to remove trace impurities. They are at war with the United States. We need to act accordingly. The Pentagon is aware of the problem and is taking corrective measures, but the years of neglect put us behind the curve.
** Where do the Mexican cartels get their firearms? See this piece by Sharyl Attkisson. Based on my personal observations from my time working in Mexico during the period referenced by Ms. Attkisson, for whom I have great respect, the information is slightly different. The two Mexican military groups operating in Mexico in that time period were the Mexican Army (SEDENA) and the Mexican Navy (SEMAR). The Army carried many AR-products, and the Navy tended to carry HK-G-3s. The cartels overwhelmingly carried Chinese NORINCO AK-47s (China North Industries Group Corporation). Handguns were a different matter, with pistols chambered for .38 Super being the most popular (narcos apprehended with a .38 in possession faced a much lighter sentence). My point here is that while there were transfers from the Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional to cartels, they were overwhelmingly armed by shipments directly from China. There were also transfers from Latin American national militaries other than Mexico to the cartels.
** This is not new, but it is renewed. Russian elites are reportedly moving money abroad to protect their financial assets from Russian economic risk and the Kremlin’s effort to nationalize private assets.

A new reactor just won approval for the first time in a decade and is expected to power up to 400,000 homes. If viewers did know how insecure our elections are, they might support remediation measures — like SAVE — to the detriment of the media’s darlings, the Democrats, whose decades-long election cheating is manifest.
Konnech, Inc.
The heart of a compromised system. Compromised by design? You be the judge.
“On or about October 10, 2019, through October 4, 2022, Eugene Yu and other employees at Konnech, Inc. were providing these services to Los Angeles County using third-party contractors based in China.”
“…Konnech employees known and unknown sent personal identifying information of Los Angeles County election workers to third-party software developers who assisted with creating and fixing Konnech’s internal ‘PollChief’ software.”
Konnech gave Chinese contractors in mainland China “super-administration access” to the electoral systems on which Konnech worked. It is incredible enough that Konnech itself ever had such access. It is literally almost beyond belief that Konnech would have been in a position to grant such access to other entities. Yet again, it is confirmed by the criminal complaint filed against the company.
“On or about August 18, 2022, Luis Nabergoi, project manager for Konnech’s contract with the County of Los Angeles, confirmed via the messaging app DingTalk that any employee for Chinese contractors working on PollChief software had ‘superadministration’ privileges for all PollChief clients. Mr. Nabergoi described the situation as a ‘huge security issue.’”
An individual with super administration access to a system can do (effectively) anything inside that system. He or she can delete, steal, alter, or change programming. Perhaps most importantly, that individual can cover their tracks by potentially accessing and altering all security protocols and programs (e.g., deleting audit logs).
So, Konnech, which has numerous questionable ties to Chinese entities, was allowed to punch a hole in our election systems, and then Konnech was allowed to grant that same level of access to unknown “contractors” in China.
And yet, it got even worse.
Konnech didn’t only work for state and state electoral systems. Konnech also had access to something called the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) program. Press reporting suggests that Konnech was hired on at least one occasion to do work for the Department of Defense pursuant to the UOCAVA.
In 1986, the federal government enacted the UOCAVA to provide special registration and absentee voting provisions for military and overseas civilians. The Department of Defense administers the UOCAVA program. Pursuant to the act, any uniformed service member or overseas citizen can register to vote and request an absentee ballot through the UOCAVA system. The individual simply submits a Federal Post Card Application. They are then sent an absentee ballot.
A person requesting a ballot under UOCAVA can, for some inexplicable reason, select any address they want when registering and requesting a ballot. Per the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP), an overseas non-military voter may claim an address of domicile “even if you have not physically been present at that address.” There appears to be no requirement that the individual requesting a ballot even prove they are a U.S. citizen. In 2020, the FBI, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, the Election Assistance Commission, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology described the UOCAVA process as “high risk” and “susceptible to fraud.”
Interestingly, the number of non-military UOCAVA voters skyrocketed from 228,000 to 573,000 between 2016 and the 2020 election.
If Konnech and contractors in China had super-administrator access to the UOCAVA system, they could have done anything literally inside it. The idea that we have a backdoor into our voting system, with few or no safeguards to control who registers to vote, is troubling enough. The thought that this back door could literally be under the complete control of entities connected to Communist China is chilling.
In the four years leading up to the 2020 election, roughly 350,000 “people” registered to vote using the UOCAVA system. That system may well have been compromised. All indicators point to mainland China.
It’s a longer story, but you get the drift.

Palisades Nuclear Plant is still not close to running. They have no estimate other than working on it. Restarting a closed plant that was gutted for sellable equipment turned out to be complicated. A simple example they used to explain the delays was the operator trainer control room had numerous electronic parts removed. They had to be discovered, (remember it was to be closed forever when closed) vendor found, made, installed, tested. I have no doubt eventually they’ll get it sorted out but they are burning cash far in excess of expectations. Instead of already operating it’s now expected to be some time in future.
It’s cheaper to start over with new guts inside the shielding IMHO.

A limited edition book, “Sound the Charge” by Richard Weingardt (Library of Congress Number 78-54321) covers the Battle of Summit Springs near Sterling, CO where the US Fifth Cavalry wiped out Cheyenne Dog Soldiers and their camp leaving their women and children with no food or shelter. The author does a good job of explaining the attitudes and practices of the time, especially the way the Cheyenne treated captives.
The battle site is on private property. It was once open to the public but bad behavior now has it blocked.
That one in 1869 and the prior Sand Creek Massacre in 1864 (3rd Cavalry) were used heavily as the base premise in Last of the Dogmen, your comments coincide with what was presented, including their treatment of captives (well) but showing little mercy towards those out to do harm.
