Trump’s Russia Connection

Remember when Trump was a business partner with the Russian government and his company got $53 million from the Russian government investment fund called Rusnano which was started by Vladimir Putin and is referred to as “Putin’s Child?” Oh wait, that wasn’t Trump; it was John Podesta.

Remember when Trump received $500,000 for a speech in Moscow paid for by Renaissance Capital, a company tied to Russian Intelligence Agencies? Oh wait, that was Bill Clinton.

Remember when Trump approved the sale of 20% of U.S. uranium to the Russians while he was Secretary of State which gave control of it to Rosatom the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation? Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton.

Remember when Trump lied about that and said he wasn’t a part of approving the deal that gave the Russians 1/5 of our uranium, but then his e-mails were leaked showing he did lie about it? Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton and John Podesta.

Remember when Trump got $145 million from shareholders of the uranium company sold to the Russians? Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.

Remember when Trump accepted millions in donations from Russian oligarchs like the Chairman of a company that’s part of the Russian Nuclear Research Cluster, the wife of the mayor of Moscow, and a close pal of Putin’s? Oh wait, that was the Clinton Foundation.

Remember when Trump failed to disclose all those donations before becoming the Secretary of State, and it was only found out when a journalist went through Canadian tax records? Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton.

Remember when Trump told Mitt Romney that the ‘80s called and it wanted its Russian policy back, the Cold War is over? Oh wait, that was Barack Obama.

Man, aren’t Trump’s ties to Russia disgusting and reasons for investigation?

Is that a Lobster Roll?

To my point, a lobster roll with a ramekin of garlic butter to dip the end into before you bite is one of the things that will take hours or maybe minutes off your life. It’s not good for you.

I’m waiting for the federal government to outlaw them.

The Money Hemmorage

(zerohedge) Just when the world (or rather, the US) was finally coming around to the notion that the COVID pandemic might be over, the White House has offered the latest reminder that this is simply not the case. As COVID cases surge in the US, White House COVID response coordinator Ashish Jha said Sunday morning that the Biden Administration will need to authorize another $20 billion+ in COVID spending to pay for the next round of shots needed to stop another brutal winter wave later this year.

Specifically, Jha called on Congress to approve $22.5 billion, a number that will help the federal government replenish its dwindling vaccine supply. If it doesn’t the US “is going to run out of treatments…we’re going to run out of testing.”

Fortunately, at-home tests are available at most pharmacies in the US these days.

  1. So who’s the fat dude in the cow suit, bottom left?

Nancy’s dress (top left) is unfortunate. The Kissingers look like a DC (The Penguin) and Marvel Comics (The Vulture; transgendered) mashup.

And have you noticed that Lori Lightfoot’s suits never fit? You’d think that the Mayor of Chicago could afford a decent tailor (yes, tailor and not seamstress). Or the horrid truth may be that her sack-like suits ARE tailored, and there is only so much one can do with the blobby substrate underneath.

    • I don’t know the cow suit guy is but he’s a “contributor” on MSNBC or CNN or both. I think that it’s Lightfoot’s body that is the problem. I can’t possibly find ANYTHING about her that would appeal to Chicago voters except that she’s a fellow crook – and maybe that’s enough.

      • Scott Schelady covers the closing hour of the agricultural commodities for RFD-TV.
Not sure why he’s called “the cow guy” (and I don’t mean that as a pun).

I watch RFD-TV quite often because even though I am totally clueless about the sto k market, I am concerned about our food supply.

  2. But, But, “Trump!” Many still believe the propaganda, it’s their manna while suckling at the teat of stupidity and brain-washing. Watched Dinesh’s “Trump Card” and “2000 Mules”…damning.

Add one more for the “DON’T MIX” chart — “Dem’s and The Left”…two very toxic elements that when combined create an unfathomable level of oppression; anarchy, economic ruin, dependence, apathy, confusion, and death.

MY BODY, MY CHOICE!” Go ahead and dip that lobster in clarified butter while telling the ninny’s to go pound sand. Then down a pint of Schwan’s ice cream in full defiance.

    • There are far too many thumbsuckers in this world, PAULM. They tend to congregate in liberal universities where they live off endless student loans and congregate in liberal arts programs. They become highly lettered in time. They’re all angry (aggrieved), most are sexually dysfunctional and can’t decide which restroom to use, many receive stipends from worried parents that augment their loans. Those that have trust funds often find refuge in places…(sorry) like Colorado. Their very carcasses are toxic. If you were to throw them into a clear lake, the waters would turn foul, fish would die and float.

Many of them gravitate to the federal bureaucracy where being toxic is sort of the norm and they “regulate” the rest of us.

      • We’ll call it “toxic stupidity”, a DNA level of brainwashing that can’t be undone. They will ingest the newest pre-election interference tripe that “Covid will infect millions!!!”. And the vax’d/boosted get angry when they contract Covid, assuming it’s even Covid, but KNOW it’s from the unvax’d, failing they are supposedly vax’d. Can’t reason with the willfully stupid.

        • Is the vax worse than the plague? I think that you’re rolling the dice hoping that it won’t turn up snake eyes with the vax.

Pre-existing conditions and co-morbidities were the obvious problem with Covid. I had it twice, it was a bad flu, I was sick, I got better in a week. Shut the country down because of it and spend trillions? Bullshit.

And if it had been my time and I died and crossed over, I’d be with God now, so win/win.

          • Because unlike the God-denier’s you do not live in a constant state of fear and hyperventilation of being alive.

One assumption I have tossed aside; They’re all frauds, they do not want to solve problems but create them on purpose. If they off’d themselves the world would take a deep breath then rebuild their mess in short order.

  3. Be careful about that lobster roll. That looks too good to get the government involved.

You all be safe and God bless.

    • I have a huge weakness for well-made lobster rolls, LindaG – they are like crack to me. It’s lucky for me that I live in Arizona. If I lived in New England I’d double my weight on lobster rolls.

You may not agree with me, but I think that they’re better than the best low country boil. I hope that I’m not stepping on toes.

  4. Demoncrats as a whole seem to have a “Don’t Even Get Prosecuted” card. Much better than the typical Get out of Jail Free card.

I got to tell you that even after just finishing lunch that lobster roll looks spectacular. I have plenty of room to raise my cholesterol a few points but probably a lot of points off of my social credit score if I partake though. Hmm might be worth it.

My expectation is that there will be another health emergency this fall and we will get to ignore all the safeguards that make voting at least a little bit secure. It is for the children after all even though some people are doing their bet to legalize abortion up to and after normal birth.

    • There are some people in that Gotham City mash up who sorely need a post-pregnancy abortion. Take your pick. Presumably that comment just nuked my social credit score so I could have a lobster roll without fear, if the nearest genuine one wasn’t a thousand miles away!

  5. Per Pfizer’s own docs: Their non-vac is only 12% effective, not 75%. And it drops to 1% after 3 months. Both Pfizer and Moderna posted mind-boggling profits. Every day I see more evidence I made the right decision to say FU to mRNA poison jabs. I think we are truly at the endgame, now. It isn’t over by a longshot. Media: “Look over there! A squirrel!”

    • Not only have I refused any and all COVID shots, I haven’t had a flu shot in ten+ years. Strangely, I haven’t had the flu or COVID.

  6. In the astute words of Jerry Clower in regards to self congratulatory professors and self proclaimed experts; “they were obviously educated well beyond their intelligence!”
