It’s Still June

Blog Post

Caption: It’s not that different from being in the inner city. One day you’re minding your own business, and you’re set upon. There are two kinds of people. Prepared and unprepared. Which kind are you, and more importantly, are the women in your lives prepared? Civilization is remarkably uncivilized. Peace through superior firepower. (right, we see Bwana Boron being saved from Michelle Obama by Sheena, the Cave Girl)

Yes, there is a striking resemblance between Jules and Sheena the Cave Girl (no wolves pictured).

State of the Nation

US counterintelligence services, including the FBI, Homeland Security Intelligence, and other federal, state, and local agencies, have proven totally inadequate in confronting a nationwide campaign of subversion. In some cases, leftist-minded officials have simply turned a blind eye to what is going on under their noses or have even persecuted ordinary patriotic Americans who are seen as a threat to the leftward drift; the attacks on traditional Catholics by the FBI are one astounding example. The thug who supervised that now works for the madcap leftist governor of Virginia, Spanberger. In others, it is a combination of ignorance, laziness, and incompetence.

The Neo-Communists have skillfully used the First Amendment and other Constitutional guarantees to hamstring law enforcement in those few cases when direct action has been taken against them. Deliberately uninformed by the mainstream media, most of the public imagines the Neo-Communist movement as a somewhat extreme but normal part of the American political landscape. When called out for their more outrageous stunts and violations of law, the Marxists tear their hair and rend their garments, claiming that they are the “victims” of a fascist regime and brutal government repression.

I’m not talking about free speech or the right to protest. The shocking government action against those of us who opposed the “Covid 19” extremes crushing freedom of assembly, freedom of religion, etc. reminds us that peacefully protesting and exercising First Amendment rights is critical, but that’s not what we are seeing, is it?

Bullet Points:

** Beauséant

** First people, right. Michelle/Michael is 6′ 230, with size twelve shoes, and can palm a basketball. None of his peers come close. Quite a person among people.

** Question of the Day – Do you care about the results of the Soccer World Cup? Tickets to regular games are going for a median price of $800.00 each. Does that sound like somebody is trying to gouge you? I don’t know that I’d go if the tickets were $10.00 each, but I can be cheap like that. There is a bright side. Soccer is said to be the ultimate cure for insomnia. There is no shame in admitting that you sleep through soccer games. Or, if you’re from Scotland, focus more on the beer. Pro Tip: Avoid the soccer game and go to a rodeo instead.

** Today at 2:00 pm Eastern, your favorite blogger (LL) will be on EdB’s radio program, YOUR AMERICAN HERITAGE  on WAAM Radio, 1600 AM and 92.7 FM Call in (734) 822-1600

** Who will win?

** Boron, in his film debut.

** In Cannuckistan – Canada has an exit tax, officially known as the departure tax. When you cease to be a Canadian resident for tax purposes, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) deems you to have sold most of your worldwide assets at their fair market value immediately before you leave. This triggers a capital gains tax on the accrued growth of those assets, even if you have not actually sold them. Essentially, it is a wealth tax punishing you for leaving the country.

** Have you ever eaten a Texas Twinkie?

** The Obama building is a thing of ugliness.” Oliver Wainwright of the Guardian wrote, “Behold the $850 million Obamalisk—or, as it sometimes feels morbidly like, the Obamausoleum.” I think it’s fitting, and funny, that the Lightbringer stiffed all of the black contractors and subcontractors to the tune of tens of millions. He also threw the meat to the City of Chicago.

** Communists after the revolution: “The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.” ― George Orwell, Animal Farm

** How do we fix the foster care system? Jen Lilley – The Dark Truth About the American Foster Care System – 63 foster kids disappear every day. (Ryan) I have no idea how to fix it, but it’s been a humanitarian crisis for a long time. MRSLL’s father died when she was about 11, and she went into the foster care system.

** The United States has advanced to the next round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup after a 2-0 win over Australia in Seattle. The next Team USA match is against Turkey in Los Angeles on June 25th.

** Claudio reflects on the plague – deadly then and deadly now. A far cry from Covid 19. 5500 years ago.

  1. Identify the Aircraft
    1 – Mil Mi-4 Hound
    2 – Sukhoi Su-24MR Fencer
    3 – Douglas B-23 Dragon

      1. There was a particularly nice example of the Dragon at the Pima Air Museum, all tarted up in a black and gold paint scheme when I visited in 2018.

  2. Sheena / preparedness – I hear she’s a punk rocker, now. I try to be as
prepared as possible, and to enable friends and family to do the same.
It’s the motto of a legendary organization of the past, in which I participated.
    – Kle.

    1. Sheena is indeed a punk rocker.
Check out a giru bandu from Nipponside called Shonen Knife. They opened for the Ramones back in the day. Saw them live acouple five years ago.

  3. Boron, in his film debut – Best in Show is a very funny movie. Funny because it accurately captures the nuttiness of show dog people

  4. Sheena Warriorette: All that close quarter combat against the nasty’s with perfectly shaved legs and barefoot to boot (or lack thereof) without a single scratch…now that’s some serious combat skills that even Rambo can’t hold a candle.
    ***
First Lady’s: Pretty much sums it up. Our current First Lady is also tall, but not built like a Mack truck (as dad would characterize some woman back in the day when toxic masculinity allowed such statements without social media going berserk). Melania is elegant in every way, yet has not been fawned over like the magazines have for ‘Mrs. O’, even as recently as after the Evil Tower of Grifter Doom was officially opened. But Melania? Crickets…showcasing the massive lies they still tell about the tallest one. They know, they know we know, yet continue with the lie as if it is all normal.
    ***
Parting Shot: What do I want? No noise from the usual suspects spouting off about all manner of drivel that means little to nothing for everyday Americans…and to cast a dry fly when the fish are rising first thing in the morning after a nice mug of dark roast coffee. Spiritual art…calms the mind and lifts the soul…and not about catching fish. As The Stones sung, “you can’t always get what you want…”, at least with that last part I can, and that’s a win for the day.

  5. Three women that are wives of former Presidents, and a drag queen. There’s a joke to be made from the photo.

  6. Travel/move update. Closed on a house just outside Nevada, MO, which was delayed because the Title Company’s software crashed for several days and we to wait for the total amount. Then the bank’s software crashed so we had to wait before we could transfer the funds needed. And banks want everyone to go paperless… Got the internet hookup late yesterday afternoon. Still have a couple of things to take care of before heading back to Chattanooga and arrange the move.

  7. Have so many stories, after leaving the Marine Corps, of working in the jungle as a phone installer. Too raw for this forum, but they are going into a book, if I ever finish it.

Is that a real picture of Big Mike?

Foster care—just found out a couple days ago that most pedo’s in Idaho are right here in my little town. My first thoughts—vigilante.

If there truly are space aliens—Being a Christian, I gotta believe demonic from the bible. Way beyond my area of expertise.

  8. Texas Twinkie? In 35 degree “heat”… and then realized he’s from one of those gay countries, and he meant to say 95 degrees.
And I dunno about flying 4,000+ miles to try one, but spouse and I once drove 400 miles for the best pizza ever (Bangor ME- New Haven CT.)

      1. Excuuuse me…notsofast…Philly area…hands down the king of pizza, with Giuseppe’s Pizza in Richboro, my boyhood hometown. Add Mack-n-Manco’s on the Ocean City Boardwalk into the mix and you have a trifecta of the best pizza.

  9. “Caption”
He grabs my shirt: I grab his loincloth, squeeze hard.
I’ve made the mistake of carrying in my waistband by my spine.

  10. “in his film debut.”
    Hmm. – almost.
My hair (what’s left of it) is white and fluffy. I have been known to crawl around beautiful women on all fours – whining, at times, and my nose is long – but the tip is red, not black.

  11. I love it when I’m modelling. Wolves need to be at the heels and there needs to be boot juju (fashion details)

Football is amazing but your ticket price is ridiculously high. I’ve seen a lot of videos of fans singing and getting into Texas BBQ and all sorts of fun. I believe the Scots drank Boston dry.

    1. Ah, the Boot JuJu – I forgot about that detail as well.
      .
To be fair about US stadiums, fans don’t stand in terracing. They used to in the UK. I don’t know if that’s still a thing but we have seats for them.
      .
The Scots drank Boston dry and emergency supplies had to be convoyed in to keep the Scots lubricated. I recall Hogmanay, which lasted about two weeks during which time nothing moved as the Scots drank Scotland dry (no small feat).

  12. dumb question of the day:
is there any element present in extraordinary quantities in the watersheds of the following rivers:
the Angara, the Lena, the Tunguska, the Barguzin, the Turka, the Selenga -any or all of the above
is there any historical evidence for an outbreak of Yersinia along any of these rivers – among animals or humans?

  13. “Parting Shot”
many moons ago I was dating a daughter of the Musevi Türkler way, way far more astoundingly beautiful than the lady pictured (trust me! – and I have no idea why she was going out with me either)
being of a highly exploratory nature I found a localized patch of hypertrichosis in the lumbosacral region. Every so often I wonder if the derogatory comment about the men of that area having amatory relations with caprines is valid
anyhoo, thereafter I found I much prefer Scots-Irish redheads or blondes – not quite as hirsute

  14. ** In Cannuckistan – Canada has an exit tax
Canada today is what our (P)regressives are working towards.
If Alberta and Saskatchewan find a way to keep their money, Carey and fellow leaches will be toast. Can’t happen soon enough.

  15. Sheena is indeed a punk rocker.
Check out a giru bandu from Nipponside called Shonen Knife. They opened for the Ramones back in the day. Saw them live acouple five years ago.
