A Jacobin crowd, whose agenda does not poll 50 percent on any issue, is now running the country. Joe Biden is its ancient, happy-face emoji.

It has managed in two years to wreck the border, destroy energy autonomy, fuel racial tensions, create an entirely new cause of the aggrieved “transgender community,” tank the economy, spike crime, and put America into rapid decline abroad beneath the Biden façade—and call it all “progress.”

The wherewithal in lieu of popular support came from huge amounts of tech and corporate cash, and the fealty of most of our cultural institutions, from Silicon Valley and the media to the corporate boardroom, academia, K-12, professional sports, entertainment, and the weaponization of the federal bureaucracy including the FBI, Justice Department, Pentagon, CIA, and IRS.

In other words, for the Left having no president at all certainly has its advantages.

No one in the Oval Office is warning the socialists, “You guys are crazy and will cost me the election if you keep it up!”

Instead, “with no one in charge, everyone is in charge.”

    Indeed P-35, specifically the SEV-DS variant flown by Jimmy Doolittle.

      1. Thought it looked like a precursor to the P-47, but couldn’t tell which one.

        Seversky really loved that big orange-slice wing, didn’t he?

        1. All of Kartveli’s wing designs (including P-35 and P-47 were based on the S-3 airfoil, a conventional, non-laminar-flow shape mated to a longchord, semielliptical planform. It was thought that this wing came close to an idealized lift distribution—an ellipse not unlike the Spitfire wing (which was admittedly even more elliptical)

          1. The -47 was pretty much a perfect fighter. Much more maneuverable and fast and long ranged than most people think, and able to take damage and stay fighting.

            I think what spelled the doom of the Jug was its cost, at or more than twice a Mustang.

          2. As maintenance-heavy as the Mustang was, the Jug was worse, though I don’t think that’s why it faded from the scene. The A-1 Skyraider, much like an advanced P-47, arrived on the scene and was used by the USAF, Marine Corps and Navy through Vietnam. The French flew them as did the RAF and other nations. The Sandy took the place of the P-47, keeping many of its most endearing features.

    2. Jimmy Doolittle. A very thin connection.

      My dad and Bob Rohde met before WWII because they were dating sisters. Their individual paths into the military were different, but eventually saw them both end up as B-17 pilots in the 447th bomb group. My dad arrived at the group in November of ’44, about the time Bob’s tour was ending. I met Bob at a mini-reunion at McClellan Field in Sacramento, CA in May of 2004. He told me he was sitting on his bunk when somebody walked through the door. He said he looked up and “Guess who it was”. My dad had just arrived. From records, I know they flew at least one mission together, likely within sight of each other.

      After the war Bob went to work for Shell Oil. When the pilot flying Jimmy Doolittle’s plushed out corporate B-25 retired, Bob Rohde took his place.

  3. 66 Years- Ahh, what a free America can achieve in short order…guys tinkering in their basement or garage workshops…now we get asinine windmills, solar panels, a grid that is faltering, and very little excitement to innovate.

    It’s a sense, not precisely true…but D.Q.S.H. in a supposed church, TikTok, EV’s, BLM, no gas ranges, Lockdown’s due to GOF, race idiocy, lawlessness, and a lying Washington ‘elite’ class – including the sham-wow that is Barry and Mike…etc, etc…aren’t exactly “innovation to further society” for the better.

      1. Me as well…YouTube affords a rabbit hole experience. Watched a well-done documentary on Prime, surprised he made it to 84 but his weaknesses were typical for the era. Still, an amazing voice and talent for lyrics. Kept it simple, guitar and voice.

      2. There are a number of reaction videos where young people hear Gordon Lightfoot for the first time – usually The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. They really like his musical storytelling ability.

        1. His voice, style, and everything remain unique and true folk storytelling in their way as you point out. He can’t be replaced. Sic transit gloria mundi.

  4. I am shocked and disgusted by that Epstein montage. Disgusted. Why, there’s not a single Person of Color*. Not one! Is Jeffrey Epstein a … racist? (Gasp).

    Whether or not there are any non-whites in that montage I’d have to leave it up to the individuals in question to say. But every person is rather pale.

    *of course, this just goes to show how POCs still can’t get a fair shake in this racist country. Yuh see, Epstein was courting the powerful. There being no POCs in that montage means that there are no POCs with power. QED. Also, it’s widely known that sex crimes are ONLY associated with white people. Er, pale people. Or something.

    1. I don’t know how people self-identify. Some people have a time coming to grips with the fact that I’m a 25-year-old Negro female. Their racist filter allows them to see an old white man. It’s disgusting. I explained to a client that my company only consists of minority POCs, and is black-owned. The fact that he sees white men is a testament to his endemic racism, sexism, and chauvinism (all the isms). You can’t fix some people.

  5. I have seen the photo of Barry and the mooch. Has it ever been authenticated ? I know fakes are trivially easy for those with skills. I did read somewhere that a millionaire dude had offered $100k for pIx of a pregnant Big Mike. So far no takers. Also videos of Big Mike with a tool pouch swinging around.
    But how can something that explosive be kept secret, if true . You know it’s easy for two people to keep a secret ,if one of them is dead.

      1. I don’t know, Keith. There is no proof that Young Barack attended university in the US as an Indonesian either, but he did. People who attended school at the same time as Barry Soetoro/Barack Obama don’t remember him at Occidental or Harvard. But he graduated. He was a low-profile guy.

          1. Where are the videos that the FBI seized from the Epstein vacation facilities? Where are the children who worked there to please the elite? How did Epstein become so rich? Mysteries upon mysteries except today, conspiracy theories have a disturbing habit of not being theories at all.

            What about the Gulf of Tonkin Incident that dragged us into the Vietnam War fully? Google that, we know it was bullshit.

        2. I talked to Wayne Allyn Root Saturday and the subject came up.
          He had interviewed a history professor whose class you had to take to graduate.
          He could find no record of Obama being in his class.
          Root was in Obama’s Columbia class (supposedly) as was my friend, blogger Steven Hogg (Hog on Ice). Never heard of Obama.

            With that being the case with a number of witnesses, why are you surprised that Big Mike may well be a man? The media hid everything for Barack. I have never seen the mooch naked and don’t want to. It might have both for all I know.

  6. Its been almost 54 years since we first landed on the moon and we have not made a whole lot of visible progress as a society. In fact, in many ways we have slid backwards. Don’t think we will make huge strides in the next 12 years so the 66 years from the moon landing meme picture will be pretty bleak.

    Nunes has a point but I think he is understating the problem.

    Sad to hear Gordon Lightfoot’s passing. He left quite a musical legacy.

      1. I was welding the tractor blade…something NONE of these bums know how to do, because they have no skills except for creating chaos.

        If tapped to do so I will fight to send these reprobates back to the pit of Hell where they belong. The Bums in Power are forcing American’s to regress from what should be a smooth sailing modern era, with all manner of societal betterment, both in education and technology. Instead these morons want us to revert back to some asinine 15th century condition their Middle East pals relish.

  8. Yes, plane flight in 1903 to landing on the Moon in 1969. But that’ not the real ‘leap’ of technology.

    First liquid rocket flight in 1929 to landing on the Moon in 1969. 40 years of rapid technology progress.

    First electronic computer in 1942 to the flight computers for Apollo in 1965. That’s a 23 year technology jump.

    Huge technology shift. Before 1942, calculators were mostly rooms full of women, plugging away. By 1971, thanks to the space race, the first pocket calculator was available.
