Beta Males

I’ve been traveling around primarily in urban areas (downtown American cities). I usually avoid such places but for one reason and another, I showed up. I was struck by the unusually large numbers of flaming homosexual males and apparently, heterosexual beta males, who were present. I realize that it is fashionable to be LGBTQI2x+ these days but – damn. The good part is that the poofs take one look at me and cut me a wide berth and the beta males more or less do the same.

Staying at a nice downtown location, I decided to slum and get some to-go food at a Mexican joint where the “help” eats if they don’t bring their lunch. I often do this just to get better food for less money. The place was a hole-in-the-wall and I had placed my order with Pop at the counter and was waiting for my taco al pastor and chile relleno combo. A Mexican flamer swished up to the counter, then noticed me sitting patiently, waiting for food, and asked the owner (in Spanish), “Is he here to kill somebody?” I replied (in Spanish) “Yes, I am, ask not for whom the bell tolls, pendejo.” Pop started laughing and the fag fled.

It’s not just the flamers but the beta males with women leading them around…really sad. The homos won’t reproduce, so that solves one problem, but the pale skin, pot-bellied 30-something males depressed me more.

Corporate clients are increasingly looking for alpha males to handle their problems for them. That part is encouraging as the population of available males who don’t live in grandma’s basement playing video games all day dwindles. So, yes, business is booming, and that’s a good thing.

I rode in an elevator with an attractive thirty-something woman who started hitting on me. I explained that I have daughters her age and I’m married. She said, “But you’re a breeder, right?” I had never heard the term. I asked her to explain. The explanation took longer than the elevator ride, but intrigued, I stayed to listen. She was from the San Francisco Bay Area. She explained to me that straight women, such as she claimed to be had difficulty finding straight men for no-strings intercourse. Men who are able and willing are referred to as “breeders” I guess.

Yes, I don’t get out much. Living in the mountains for the past five years, time is passing me by.

It’s a long video, and if you’ve never read Dune, you won’t get it. In the future, will the Galactic Order eliminate Surly?

1995 — it doesn’t sound that long ago to me…well it doesn’t.

Was the song, “You’re so Vain” about President DJT?

      1. The Germans also made a diesel-engined high-altitude photo reconnaissance variant of the Ju-86, and sent it across the Mediterranean Sea to photograph the Royal Navy base at Alexandria in Egypt on a regular basis. Needless to say, the British were not happy about this, but the Ju-86 flew at up to 40,000 feet with its extended wings, and none of their fighters could reach it.

My father (an engineer officer with the Royal Air Force) was one of those tasked with finding a solution. They took a Spitfire Mk. V and added a more powerful engine (including turbo-supercharger) and extended wingtips, giving it a much increased wing area. That slowed it down somewhat, but gave it a much higher service ceiling. After much testing and fiddling, came the day that an approaching Ju-86 was detected. The pilot took off, and took about three-quarters of an hour to make it all the way up to the German plane’s altitude. It saw him at last, and turned to flee, so he chased it out over the Mediterranean. At last, he got within range and opened fire, inflicting enough damage that the Ju-86 had to crash-land in the sea. Unfortunately, the Spitfire ran out of fuel after the long chase and also had to crash-land at sea. The crews of both aircraft were rescued.

It wasn’t long before the Germans abandoned their high-altitude reconnaissance missions over Alexandria.

I had many interesting hours talking with my late father about his experiences during World War II. He had many stories to tell about the war in the Western Desert and Middle East.

        1. Maybe you should think of writing a monograph to chronicle his experiences, unless you already have.

  1. “Pot bellied 30-something males” is something I see too much of as well. I turn 73 soon, and sadly, I seem to be in better physical shape than a large percentage of those half my age.

  2. “Your So Vain” was first recorded by Carly Simon in 1972 so unlikely to be about any current politician.

She has never named who the vain person is. Has sometimes said she means all men.

    1. She said in an interview a couple of years ago that the song was about three men, one of whom was Warren Beatty, but Warren thought the entire song was about him.

  3. I recall “breeder” as a term of derision used by homosexuals to mock heterosexuals (of either sex). Perhaps the term has been “reclaimed”.

The proportion of soft men has ballooned over the last several years. By soft I don’t mean to imply effeminate. If anything, most of those poor low-T creatures seem to be asexual*. It’s sad and has horrific long term society-wide consequences. Among other things, a lack of masculine-acting native males makes low-IQ but aggressive immigrants attractive to a certain class of strong empowered wahmen. (The plan to replace whites with a sludge of miscegenated mid-IQ browns proceeds apace. Somewhere Kalergi is smiling.)

    * those guys are like human axolotls, living their entire life (and sometimes even breeding) in their larval form.

Personally I’ve noticed more attention from left-ish women than normal ones. Part of this is sample bias (I live near a hive of leftist whackos, and work in tech/academia) but it’s more than that. My hypothesis has been that these lefty women are exactly the ones starved for interaction with a “traditional” (ie normal) adult male; the men they are surrounded by, and often partnered with, don’t provide the “masculine energy” they desire, even if it’s on a subconscious level.

    1. my feeling is that’s why they went lefty looney in the first place. as to the gents, i think a lot of them just gave up trying after they were shot down so many times by “4” women that society convinced were “10” male worthy. then the 4’s got pissed b/c they couldn’t pull a 10 guy with a seven figure salary to boot and hate all men and themselves as a result.

    2. “Breeder” is a term of derision used by homosexuals and child-less left-wing heterosexuals.

Now, I know some people who see it as a proud term. Guy’s got 5 children and proudly acknowledges that he and his wife are ‘breeders’ and are raising up more ‘breeders’ (first child out of college and has 2 already.)

      1. I was somewhat taken aback, but there was a time when Gay meant happy. And Gaylord was a first name that people didn’t laugh at.

        1. Men could be named Lynn, Francis, and other ‘feminine’ names and it was a-okay.

But then the leftists took over.

  4. The chicoms have a term for unmarried females over age 30. They’re called “Left-over Women” and are virtually unmarriable. Same thing is happening in the US. After all the insanity that guys have to face, they become “Passport Bros”, going to eastern europe or asia for traditional wives. It drives US women off the deep end because they never expected to be completely set aside.

    1. Foreign brides/husbands can bring some heavy baggage with them depending on the culture. I’ve seen it. Of course, marrying a baren liberal woman/crone has less appeal still. Based on what the Bay Area lady said, it’s difficult to find a straight alpha male there. I’m not surprised. 30 years ago, when I worked for the Orange County CA District Attorney, I went up there on business a number of times and there were straight cougars on the prowl and they were aggressive. I can’t imagine what it’s like now.

      1. Nephew dated a gal from one of the Asian countries. Didn’t work out, as she was quite adamant that he continually fork over more money so she could go shopping. Of course, that may just be a gal thing instead of a region thing.

        1. The US is viewed as “The Golden Mountain” in some Asian nations and everyone from there/here is rich – Land of the Big PX. Likewise, the husband from there is viewed as a “family asset” to be tapped. The love one might hope to feel is somewhere less than the family goldfish.

A US friend of mine who lurks on this blog but doesn’t post married a Chinese woman from Shanghai and is still married. Essentially she came into the marriage with assets and he spent through them. So it goes the other way too.

  5. The Left is unbreeding itself out of existence. 1-2 children if they have children, and those children are about 50% profoundly futzed up in the head.

Whereas most conservatives are breeding normal children at 2-5 per family.

Conserves are going to have a population explosion in the next 20 years or so, if we last as a species that long.

      1. Of course. But the great die-off of the child-less hasn’t happened yet. Again, it’s a generational thing. Wait 20 years and we’ll be climbing back, if not exceeding just from internal breeding. It’s the way things go.

We had two generations grow up without great pruning conflicts, maybe 3-4 since both Korea and Vietnam weren’t bloody to the extent of WWI or WWII. Society stagnates without pruning. And society expands rapidly to fill after the great prunings happen.

Once the childless start croaking and start leaving jobs (lots of jobs held by long-term childless) then the combined vacuum of empty jobs and less people will cause a population bloom, all pretty much on the conservative side.

Why conservative? Because a lot of lefty men and women get snipped and clipped at a young age because they don’t want to be ‘breeders’ as they want to be the eternal children and they’ve been taught that people are ‘the problem.’

  6. As to you, LL. You know, you can create quite a side hustle with you and your crew. With the support of Mrs. LL and all the other Mrs. Viable Alpha Sperm. $1,000 a pop. No, I am not kidding.

Sperm-lacking women in SanFran and other leftist hellholes will pay premium. Make sure it comes with an ironclad ‘you bought it, you pay for it for the rest of your life’ paperwork. Your merc lawyers should be able to gin something up. Include a book written by the ladies titled “How to raise viable alpha males and genteel females” or something.

Serioiusly, you have quite a quick business chance here.

      1. It’s literally white gold or liquid gold.

And I think I’ll quit stroking this subject.

    1. Look at the sperm under a microscope, and check if they have nose art.

  7. I laughed quietly at your reply to the Mexican flamer. Great.
I think Carly hinted once at Warren Beatty, but that’s all.
You all be safe and God bless.

  8. The “pale skin, pot-bellied 30-something males” aren’t breeding either, so that solves another problem.

Speaking of pendejos and such fellow travelers. The first time Mrs. and I went to San Francisco together, pretty sure it was 1991 because Mrs. didn’t actually become Mrs. until early 1992, I was about to exit the men’s room of some fancy department store Mrs. wanted to hemorrhage money in, when one of those pendejo dudes swished in and said oh, hell-oooo. I replied, “I have a gun” and that solved that problem too.

    1. “This is my rifle, this is my gun – this is for fighting, this is for fun…”

  9. Another hilarious out and about encounter. I go to town and nothing like that happens to me. Then again, I don’t speak Spanish so might have missed a few choice moments.

Carly is a class act…and she could sing. She and Lauren Hutton were on the list of most red-blooded American males. Yes, males who prefer to be men over some alphabet soup nonsense, and which are apparently a dying breed as designed by the Feminazi’s (h/t Rush). This is actually somewhat good, the Zombie Apocalypse needs easy pickings while the rest of us ready the weaponry.

    1. While shopping in a Colorado town, three young Hispanic males came up behind wife and DIL and started making some rude comments about DIL’s backside. Wife took Spanish in high school and college, and has traveled in Mexico and Spain. She turned around and gave them the patented Mother’s Dirty Look and…they went elsewhere.

      1. PaulM needs to go to San Francisco for a fortnight. He’d come back with stories.

  10. I’m surprised she didn’t ask if you were pureblood. After confirming you were a breeder, she might have said, “Let’s go, my biological clock is ticking.” Nowadays, a contract is needed. What a crazy world.

  11. “Beta Males”….yeah, they seem to be everywhere these days. Being a “College Town”, I carefully observe the students, with a very accurate recall of “When I was That Age”. I think being an “Ag School” we attract a different type of student, then say, Bezerkley? I see a lot more jock types than I do radical student liberal types, but that could be biased towards where I observe the students from.

And many young males of the gay type, but zero flamers. Again, may be biased towards the places I go to.

I’ve heard the term “Breeder” before, and it’s almost exclusively been applied to Alpha Males. Now days, out here at least, the young women I’ve met are “just looking for a nice guy, with a decent job”.

I have no idea what things are like down in Denver, as I rarely go there, and avoid it if I can.

The Germans sure made some sleek looking aircraft.

    1. MrsPaulM used to joked that she got to the point of looking “for good hygiene”. Heh. But seriously, she was disappointed in the field of worthy males…”guys” were not acceptable, she was looking for a man who was reasonably well kempt, had good manners, a decent intellect, and was a self stater. Interestingly she also noted that at first real woman may like the idea of a wussy guy but deep down want a real man, an alpha “who steps up.”

  12. “many young males of the gay type”

My gaydar is now useless. Twenty, even ten years ago it was pretty well calibrated. But the last few years there are plenty of young males (note I didn’t say “men”) I thought were homosexuals that turned out to have girlfriends (or were incel types). At this point my ROC curve is basically the line of identity (if I remember my engineering terminology; in my current world “the sensitivity is high and the specificity is terrible”). I don’t think it’s merely me getting older and (more) curmudgeonly. The social norms for behavior have changed drastically in the last decade. And not in a good way.
