Without Remorse – and With Extreme Prejudice

Blog Post

Notice:

On November 8, 2025, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) received credible information indicating that Latin Kings leadership has authorized a “shoot on sight” directive targeting immigration officer/agents conducting immigration enforcement activities in support of Operation Midways Blitz in Chicago and surrounding areas.

Officer/agents are reminded to maintain heightened situational awareness and exercise extreme caution when conducting enforcement activities.

I’ve been involved in situations like this in the past. There is a way to answer the threat, and that’s with relentless targeting of the gang in question. In this case, it would seem that the Latin Kings are operating a continuing criminal enterprise, which suggests that members who tag themselves with ink can be sentenced to 20 years +. The continuing criminal enterprise statute provides the government with expanded opportunities to investigate, prosecute, and punish persons involved in distributing illegal drugs. 21 USC 848.

Any person who engages in a continuing criminal enterprise shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment which may not be less than 20 years and which may be up to life imprisonment, to a fine not to exceed the greater of that authorized in accordance with the provisions of title 18 or $2,000,000 if the defendant is an individual or $5,000,000 if the defendant is other than an individual, and to the forfeiture prescribed in section 853 of this title; except that if any person engages in such activity after one or more prior convictions of him under this section have become final, he shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment which may not be less than 30 years and which may be up to life imprisonment, to a fine not to exceed the greater of twice the amount authorized in accordance with the provisions of title 18 or $4,000,000 if the defendant is an individual or $10,000,000 if the defendant is other than an individual, and to the forfeiture prescribed in section 853 of this title.

(d)Suspension of sentence and probation prohibited

In the case of any sentence imposed under this section, imposition or execution of such sentence shall not be suspended, probation shall not be granted, and the Act of July 15, 1932 (D.C. Code, secs. 24–203—24–207), shall not apply.

(e)Death penalty

(1)In addition to the other penalties set forth in this section—

(A)

any person engaging in or working in furtherance of a continuing criminal enterprise, or any person engaging in an offense punishable under section 841(b)(1)(A)[1] of this title or section 960(b)(1)[1] of this title who intentionally kills or counsels, commands, induces, procures, or causes the intentional killing of an individual and such killing results, shall be sentenced to any term of imprisonment, which shall not be less than 20 years, and which may be up to life imprisonment, or may be sentenced to death; and

(B)

any person, during the commission of, in furtherance of, or while attempting to avoid apprehension, prosecution or service of a prison sentence for, a felony violation of this subchapter or subchapter II who intentionally kills or counsels, commands, induces, procures, or causes the intentional killing of any Federal, State, or local law enforcement officer engaged in, or on account of, the performance of such officer’s official duties and such killing results, shall be sentenced to any term of imprisonment, which shall not be less than 20 years, and which may be up to life imprisonment, or may be sentenced to death.

(2)

As used in paragraph (1)(B), the term “law enforcement officer” means a public servant authorized by law or by a Government agency or Congress to conduct or engage in the prevention, investigation, prosecution, or adjudication of an offense, and includes those engaged in corrections, probation, or parole functions.

In the United States, the Latin Kings operate under two umbrella factions—the King Motherland Chicago (KMC) faction headquartered in Chicago, and the Bloodline faction based in New York. The KMC faction consists of 60 structured chapters operating in 158 cities across 31 U.S. states, with a membership of 20,000-35,000. The Bloodline Latin Kings have a membership of 2,200 to 7,500, and operate several dozen chapters in 15 cities in 5 states. The gang also has a significant presence in the prison system. The Latin Kings are involved in a wide variety of criminal activities, including drug dealing, assault, burglary, homicide, identity theft, and money laundering, with the gang’s primary source of income deriving from the street-level distribution of narcotics.

Have the federal bureau of prisons and state prisons (which track gang membership) immediately throw their members “in the hole.” Arrange for their transportation to prisons outside of the United States (such as Uganda), where we are already outsourcing that. Seize their assets, and keep up the pressure.

If they’ve paid off government officials, they go to Uganda or El Salvador, too.

  1. Not going after the Latin Kings would be an admission of weakness. This would be unacceptable. Anyone who assists them should share their fate.

I suggest having a look at Italy’s Prison Protocol for hard core mafiosi: it works.

      1. They are putting all of their efforts into kiling you and you – roll on your back and piss on your belly? It would be a perfect liberal strategy – like buying a French firearm, never fired and only dropped once. However strength and eliminating the gang and all of its members and associates from circulation would send the necessary message.

  2. 20k kings;…plus how many other gangs, roughly and total number could possibly called to ” paint houses” for the leaft blowers opening calling for dispatch of Common Sense Public servants? Sounds like a full time job for while to surveil these overgrown Boyz. Sure appreciate the service of those that can redirect their ” energies” whether it’s breaking rocks or proven correctional institutions that release productive, law abiding, and do I dare say citizens?

  3. They kill without remorse to continue their activities. We should do the same to continue our activities.

        1. And Greta’s rare erf mines.
          .
Could they not be farmed out to the former Gulag in Soviet Socialist Republic…..er…..Mother Russia? Free enterprise and all that. Put ’em on a different kind of ice……

  4. But wait! The Left and Dems demand these criminals get their Constitutional “due process”!…they also demand employing counselors.
Yeah, I got your due process…cut the head off the offending faction, a very past due process.

    1. They are entitled to due process, an attorney, etc. I don’t suggest that they should be denied that, but justice delayed is justice denied – make it a speedy trial.

      1. Apparently in our modern era the “speedy” part has morphed into 2 years from arrest to trial, keeping the jails filled to capacity. A racket for certain.

  5. Mr Lambert, I have a curious feeling that the “Kings” and their subset could be taken down next week or thereabouts. Not unlike the southern border, perhaps. Let’s see it. Then again, would our beloved rulers allow such a plan? I won’t bang on.

  6. Seems like this might be a bad time for the various gangs to try and get pushy.
Why not just wait for the next batch of (D) ?
