A “secret society” at the FBI that meets off-site, after normal working hours and plots the overthrow of the constitutionally elected government. A conspiracy to commit treason. There are documents to support it and Congress has an insider, a member, an informer in their midst who will testify. Overt actions were taken in furtherance of the conspiracy.
It’s not a Robert Ludlum novel or a Jim Curtis novel. It’s the news.
And it’s immediately repudiated by CNN and MSNBC. How far does the conspiracy go and who does it include?

The fake Mueller Probe, the fake dossier used to support surveillance (FISA) approval and electronic intercepts from the court, setting up Paul Manafort and General Flynn in interviews, FBI providing an “insurance policy” to get Hillary Clinton elected; wiretapping the Trump Campaign office and key members of his staff; working directly to undermine a duly elected President of the United States such that he would be removed from office through fraud and deception…and who knows what else we will learn?

18 U.S. Code § 2385 – Advocating overthrow of Government.
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.
Has DOJ empaneled a grand jury?
Why not?

  1. What really blows my mind is:

    How did Trump know?

By this I mean, is this why he let the Mueller farce go on like he has? Did he know (been told)what was out there, just waiting to be found?

It's scary how this has all just unraveled so easily.

Is this all it required to bring down TPTB? Just the smallest, almost accidental effort?

  2. People don't hold their mud. Trump knew that he was being wiretapped because people of conscience told him.

Then you have fools like the counterintelligence chief and his mistress who organize a secret society to bring down the president. It's not as if they were competent.

The corrupt, sly, elite, media has kept beating the drum for the RINOs and the Progs to oust the president and keeps the propaganda machine going against him. They prop up the incompetent progressive pukes on Capitol Hill who obstruct and spout the same mantra.

The truth is out there and in this case, President Trump let it work its way out rather than taking on Mueller directly. Now they're discredited and have become a laughing stock…better.

  3. Re: "How did Trump know?"
People in Government who told him, maybe:
Nov 17 2016 visit from Adm. Mike Rogers (dir. NSA)

Chairman Nunes visit last spring after he reviewed some document(the FISA Court's ruling of December 2016 ruling whose classified report was finally released in April 2017?) in a SCIF (he had to wait until after Congress finally confirmed Dan Coats Dir. National Intelligence), then Nunes had to spend 8 more months until House Ethics committee totally exonerated him and he could get back to work to write the 4-page memo.

  4. LL, you've been found out. You are a Russian bot!

But really, it's about time this laughably corrupt exercise in Dem corruption was brought to a close.

    LOCK THEM UP.

  5. It can get sticky when the ones with the guns are the problem- what we are looking at is Sheriff Plummer , gone national.

  6. The Russians are not clever enough to screw something up so completely as the progressives have. Sorry Putin, you're not THAT good.

  7. There are a lot of people with guns. And the FBI is an occupation with a boss and those people can be fired and prosecuted.

  8. Re: "fools like the counterintelligence chief and his mistress"

Well said LL! It's my favorite nugget. He's not just in counterintelligence, he's upper echelon and commits adultery, yet the Progressive Heroine Sally Yates et al. make public their assertions that members of the Trump camp could be vulnerable to blackmail. Classical example of projecting your own weaknesses onto others. It's what the Dems do best.

  9. It could have been ADM Rogers or somebody else, but Trump obviously knew.

Yes, the wheels of government grind exceeding slow.

  10. The incestuous Deep State needs to be reigned in and it's time for the White House to do something dramatic to explain to the would-be traitors that their behavior won't be tolerated.

CNN and MSNBC will criticize the President if he looks out the window and says, "nice day," so who cares how they howl?

  11. It's time to stop pussyfooting around. The FBI attempted a coup. Many of its members are enemies of America and they need to be held to account.

  12. Re: "And they need to be stopped, NOW!"
Hi Old NFO. You enjoy respect and deference in this CW circle(dailytimewaster), so please consider this a polite request for restraint:
What I like most, and surprised me the most, is that all the pro-Trump elements in this Comedy have behaved with disciplined adherence to due process and normal channels. If well intentioned people make precipitate demands it only gives the nefarious perpetrators cover and space to muddy the waters, camouflage their depredations (missing texts anyone?) and throw sand in the nation's eyes with baseless assertions of ultra-right-wing activism.

Mike Roger's compliance officer found the violations, Mike Rogers presented them to FISA Court, the court issued a ruling which put a stop to the violations. Meantime the House united(even Paul Ryan!) to threaten the D.O.J. with contempt if they didn't respond to a legal subpoena issued by due process. The D.O.J.'s compliance to that demand has given the country a great deal of material already. That's how we know as much as we do. The Inspector General of the D.O.J. is finished with his year-long investigation and is already releasing parts of his 1.2 million-section report. Our best path is to support the efforts of these dedicated professionals and let them continue their work. That path promises the greatest and most thorough results, compared to indulging our sincere and intense emotions and desires for prompt action.

  13. Who/what is the greater threat to America?

    ISIS or the FBI?
    KGB or the FBI?
    Chinese or the FBI?

The FBI tried to bring down the presidency, and with it, the Republic. ISIS, KGB and the Chinese have never been able to get that close.

  14. Short answer: I'm sticking with China(have they started using all the data they got hacking the Office of Personnel Management's computers yet?), but would happily defer to your judgment when you share it. I would like it better if you changed/included the Justice Dept. instead of singling out the F.B.I.

Meantime, even Sidney Powell counts somewhere between 12 and 25 FBI and Justice Dept. miscreants who actively tried to subvert and/or circumvent our Constitution's process for the election of our President. In their arrogance (or self-righteous pride? … better ask LSP) they left plenty of tangible evidence behind.

Meanwhile, oh gracious host, thanks for letting me post these thoughts on your high quality blog.

  15. DOJ clearly had their part to play, but the FBI – in their self-righteous indignation at having the people choose somebody they didn't want, hatched and executed the plan, leaving lots of breadcrumbs behind.

The Chinese never attempted to overthrow the presidency. They have self-interest to be sure, but the FBI was standing there as the "honest broker" for DOJ, which is always flakey. You can lump DOJ in if you will.

  16. I'm waiting to see who goes to jail. And how much longer the stupid Trump/Russia collusion "probe" is going to go on for.

  17. I'd be surprised if anyone goes to jail or loses a pension. The Trump/Russia farce will be carried on NBC and CNN until 2020 – because they're corrupt and they lie.

  18. They're all a threat to be watched, but I believe that the enemy that pretends to be an ally and defender of your cause is a scarier threat than the enemy that is an enemy that you can gauge accordingly.

  19. Agreed. The FBI with their self-righteous, butter wouldn't melt in their mouth approach are shown to be among the very worst among us.

  20. It's interesting in that I just watched "Seven days in May" not to long ago. Replace Burt Lancaster's General that was planning to overthrow the President with the FBI and you have it.
