The decision for extra doses will be made in consultation with healthcare providers at Planned Parenthood, a practice referred to as shared clinical decision-making.

Geoengineering Weather Events
Recent back-to-back hurricanes that made landfall in the United States—Hurricane Helene on September 26 and Hurricane Milton on October 9—have sparked conspiracy theories about the government creating these disasters through geoengineering.
While such theories are false, they have drawn attention to the risky idea of geoengineering, which typically refers to the large-scale, intentional manipulation of the earth’s processes to modify weather.
While both hurricanes wrought enormous damage in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, there is no evidence that any government or other entity was involved in their creation.
Conspiracy theories about geoengineering may have resulted from confusion about the government’s history of involvement in research on cloud seeding. This practice commonly involves dispersing particulate substances into the air to promote precipitation.
The U.S. government, including the Department of Defense and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, experimented on and off with cloud seeding beginning in 1947 to diminish hurricanes and other weather events. Many of these initial tests were disrupted by controversy over the risk that a storm would inadvertently or intentionally be steered onto land.
After research on cloud seeding proved inconclusive in the 1970s, scientists largely focused on better understanding hurricanes to improve forecasting and mitigate damage to coastal regions. Still, some research is continuing, including that conducted by a Japanese research team that hopes to find ways to weaken dangerous typhoons—what hurricanes are called in the western North Pacific.
While the United States, China, and the British government have experimented with weather modification, even considering military applications, the 1977 U.N. Environmental Modification Treaty banned all hostile use of environmental modification. Currently, some nonhostile weather-modification efforts persist, particularly in China, where cloud seeding reportedly has been used to protect agriculture and modify the weather before public events, including the 2008 Olympics.

Even when the deposit increased to $.10 the ” garbage ” funded our camping and hiking trips. the majority of Gulf hurricane entities I’ve watched begin as “dust devils” within that large circle encompassing portions of Mali, Algeria, and Mauritania, entering the Atlantic between the Cape Verdes and the Canaries and then traveling across the Atlantic westward to pass into the Gulf either via the southern route over the Antilles and then by way of the Caribbean through the Yucatan Strait or northerly over the Bahamas and and then through the Florida Strait (or even turning directly North once it begins to pass over the Sargasso Sea). Once in the Gulf this counter-clockwise mass of air can dither and travel to any of the four compass points or die altogether, depending on (local Gulf) water temps as well as local and regional air temps, troughs, and ridges,
I wonder if anyone has ever considered dropping (into the eye while still several hundred miles east of Florida) a double-walled balloon(?) filled with liquid Helium to be explosively deflated ~500 ft ASL immediately reducing the local temperature and decreasing the energy/motive force that this destructive child of nature requires to continue on its way.
