Rep. Pete Sessions (R-Texas) and Rep. Kweisi Mfume (D-Md.), leaders of the Subcommittee on Government Operations and the Federal Workforce, have jointly requested that the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) investigate $2.7 trillion in improper federal payments. Their letter to Comptroller General Gene Dodaro requests a comprehensive review of current federal agency practices for detecting and reducing improper payments and recommendations to address potential fraud.

Sessions and Mfume emphasized that previous oversight hearings highlighted the persistent issue of improper payments in federal programs, particularly those with high dollar values or elevated risk. While federal law mandates high-priority programs to report mitigation strategies and corrective actions, these improper payment levels remain substantial. They say they expect GAO to provide frequent updates to Congress and outline best practices for reducing federal payment errors.

By THEIR estimate, this will INCREASE the cost of a gallon of gas by 47 cents. Maybe Newsom should look at himself to find the answer to the high gas prices. Yet, he wants to give the film industry a $750,000,000 tax credit to stay in California. Why doesn’t he give a tax credit to citizens who remain in California?

Just like an assassination attempt on Biden was pointless, censoring you is pointless, too. Your gaslighting is self-censorship because no one believes anything in your broadcasts.

Clarkson’s Farm

Jeremy Clarkson’s latest social media post, in which he declared an “important announcement,” has sparked an enormous response. Clarkson’s Farm fans welcomed the news that more episodes were coming despite series four not hitting screens yet. The show became a hit with viewers after debuting in 2021, and its popularity has continued to grow. Fans were delighted that a fifth installment had officially been given the green light.

Women online have taken to filming ghoulish murder-fantasy videos in which they romanticize lacing men’s beverages with deadly poison as a justifiable response to fears about abortion rights under a second Donald Trump presidency.

Some of the women have dubbed the videos part of a ‘Make Aqua Tofana Great Again’ (‘MATGA’) movement, a nod both to President-elect Trump’s campaign slogan, ‘Make America Great Again’ (MAGA), and ancient killer Giulia Tofana, who has been adopted as the disturbed group’s heroine.

Below is one alarming video that’s been circulating in social media:

While innocent babies in the womb used to be the only object of these women’s fatal wrath, now they want to eliminate the men who would protect society from such a grievous injury. It indeed says a lot about a person when they make the literal slicing and dicing of living, preborn infants a central “political” position—I was always a bit discombobulated to see a “Roevember” yard sign from time to time—and none of it’s good or admirable. I mean, there’s no disagreement about how abortions are performed, so it seems like a more rational approach for the average leftist would be to avoid discussing that’s what they’re promoting. But again, they’re deranged.

      –
      They flew them out of the Banana River Naval Air Station (now Patrick Space Force Base.) The seaplane ramp is still used in the MWR section of the base. It was a PB5M launched from BRNAS that blew up during the search for ‘Flight 19.’

      Seems the Mariner had a nasty habit of doing that. Engine catches fire, and either blows up and takes the rest of the plane with it, or the engine fire sets the fuel tanks on fire and ‘kaboom,’ no more Mariner.

      Which is sad, because the Mariner was a much more luxurious and comfortable platform than the PBY Catalina. According to those who had flown and traveled in both. Supposedly.

    1. They plan to raise the gasoline tax by $2.00/gallon to create an anti-Trump fund to resist all efforts to Make California Great Again. The 40% R margin that Pres. Trump gained in California worries them. I don’t know what their voting fraud margin is but I recall back during Nixon, Reagan and Bush when California was a conservative-voting state.

  5. L’il Marco? Yeah, not in love with that nomination which surprises me because his other nominees are on fire. Marco has threatened to quite the senate a few times then retracted that statement so he flip-flops which tells me I cannot fully trust his decisions. On the other hand, maybe Trump is using L’il Marco to solidify the Hispanic vote with the bonus of being able to secure the senate seat for another Republican. I guess we’ll see.

      1. I don’t think that scenario is out of the question. I know of a Rubio fan (who lives in Florida and was tapped to be SECNAV under a Rubio presidency had he won in 2016) who now hates him since he has gone over to riding the Trump Train. He’s a friend of CDRSAL, who many of you follow. CDRSAL’s friend hates me (not as much as Trump) because I was camo Navy and supported Pres. Trump. Ah well.

      1. Sorry, do not mean to offend. Just my five cents worth. Have not commented on the mystery photos before as they are, mostly, outside my area of expertise. Photo number 6 is a Martin Mariner. It is twin engined. The Consolidated Coronado was four engined.

        1. And that is why I need to practice my math. What threw me was that the first two planes had no floats just like the Coronado. However the two trailing planes do have floats. I would have said Mariner if only those were shown. Good catch MikeW!

    1. Pres. Trump has some limitations. If he takes an office holder from a state with a Democrat Governor, the appointed to hold the vacancy will be a democrat.

    1. I’d think that you could customize the Tesla Optimus Boron model with whatever accessories you want. I doubt that the robot would smoke 4 packs a day, but maybe some future model?

  13. I whole heartedly agree with your idea of having the IRS agents being deployed to help ICE. One way to “spoil the milk” for the illegals is by adding a heavy tax on remittances.
    Many of the illegals work for under the cash but receive some type of government benefit. Whatever extra monies they have left, they “Western Union” it south to their loved ones.
    In 2022, Mexico received nearly $55 billion dollars via remittances. Tax it!
    Let Claudia and Partido Morena figure out how to make up the difference.

  15. due your experience with mexico/cartels, what’s up with the huge increase of smuggling 7.62×39 BOTH ways at the border? i would understand going south, the cartels are at war right now. i also get that bad actors here need ammo for whatever they have planned. is it a total lack of coordination? two or more completely different groups? i’m more concerned with the north bound ammo of course, but it seems strange to me.

    1. The cartels are making bank smuggling weapons and ammo north with the open border. Military grade weapons mostly from China. They have a high margin – RPG launchers and rockets, hand grenades, directional mines, etc. The only thing that I know that is in demand south of the border is .38 Super ammo. You can legally carry .38 super semi-auto handguns where as other semi-auto handguns, particularly .45 are considered military weapons. .38 super isn’t.

    1. The Swamp scum are not sure whether to shit or go blind. With the creation of the Department of Government Efficiency run by Musk and Ramaswamy and the impending departure of ALL government appointees, there is this sense of impending doom blanketing the beltway. Yes, some of them will be picked up by NGOs. Even the NGOs are worried because they feed from the same trough and I suspect that many lucrative State Department and other contracts will be canceled as foreign aid is trimmed. How will the democrat party fund itself if it can’t skim? President Trump didn’t take office (45) with a clear understanding of how things worked but he does now. Musk wants to trim 2 trillion. You know that he and Ramaswamy will each be telling the other, “Hold my beer.”

      1. Friendly competition is a good thing, doubly so with clearing out the cancerous baloney. Have two Starlink “dishes”, one at the homestead, original round, and a new small rectangular jobby for “taking with if needed” (just change the service address and yer online). Sent a “contact us” note asking if the new one had better performance than the original….inside of half an hour had a clear response with suggestions to run a test ‘for my area’. Efficiency matters to We The People, can’t even imagine what DC would look like with the dead wood and K-Street gone.
