Tyrus – a Large Human

aka George Timothy Murdoch (52) – with his wife, Ingrid, right.

The second Whoopi Goldberg screamed, “CUT IT! GET HIM OFF MY SET!”—it was already too late. Tyrus had just turned The View into ground zero for live-television chaos, and every camera was rolling. “YOU DON’T GET TO LECTURE ME FROM BEHIND A SCRIPT!” he roared, finger aimed squarely at Joy Behar after she took a jab at his beliefs. His voice thundered across the studio:

“I’M NOT HERE TO BE LIKED — I’M HERE TO TELL THE TRUTH YOU KEEP BURYING!”

The audience froze. The panel sat in stunned silence—then, absolute eruption.

Ana Navarro lunged in, branding him “toxic,” but Tyrus didn’t blink: “TOXIC IS REPEATING LIES FOR RATINGS. I SPEAK FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SICK OF YOUR FAKE MORALITY!”

And then came the moment that will live in daytime TV infamy: Tyrus pushed back his chair, loomed over the table, and hurled his parting shot like a live grenade: “YOU WANTED A CLOWN — BUT YOU GOT A FIGHTER. ENJOY YOUR SCRIPTED SHOW. I’M OUT.”

With that, he walked off, leaving the set in shambles. Social media went nuclear. Fans are split down the middle. But one thing’s undeniable: Tyrus didn’t just exit The View—he blew the doors off the entire format.

The Islamic Bomb

If Iran gets a nuclear weapon, Saudi Arabia won’t need to race for one — it already has them, in Pakistan. There’s no evidence to support that claim. Still, Riyadh offers extensive financial support for Islamabad; the pair have deep military ties, and Pakistani historians admit their country couldn’t have developed the “Islamic bomb” without Saudi and Gulf backing.

On Wednesday, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan signed a formal mutual defense pact, strengthening their decades-long partnership. The agreement is ambiguous enough not to raise immediate alarm in Israel, India, or the US, and Saudi officials say it was years in the making. Its timing, however, came just after an Arab-Islamic summit in Doha condemning Israel’s strike in Qatar and amid deepening doubts over US security commitments in the Gulf. On Thursday, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE agreed to boost intelligence sharing and military cooperation.

The Saudi-Pakistan pact can’t replace American military power in the region, but it sends a message. “It shows Saudi Arabia has options and the US is not the only game in town,” Ali Shihabi, a Saudi commentator close to the royal court, told the Financial Times.

Bullet Points:

** After Barack Hussein Obama and Pedo Joe Biden deliberately targeted and purged military officers who were too masculine, not woke, or didn’t take the clot shot, some of the current batch, who found higher office during democrat administrations, are complaining about a purge. CDRSAL weighs in.

** At Pleasant Mart, your discount grocery center in Shelby, NC, there is another special: For a limited time only, we have Krispy Kreme Fall donuts, which also come with a two-week trial of Ozempic! 15.99$ Come on by, and our restroom attendant, Darryl, will show you how to administer it by injecting himself with your Ozempic pin. Practice makes perfect, and safe use is the top priority. Come by and get yours today.

** Based on EVERYTHING I’ve read, there is still no cure for the common cold (respiratory virus), including the engineered COVID-19 virus, yet HHS demands that everyone take the Pfizer shot. While the shot is unlikely to help you, there is a large body of anecdotal evidence that it can hurt you. That evidence extends to people who are known to me. Given that, the CDC is concerned that many Americans do not trust them. Riddle me that one.

** Barack Obama didn’t come out and say that he felt a kinship with Charlie Kirk’s assassin, but did I detect an undertone? Barack and the assassin both preferred trannys. If you upset Barack, might he go on a killing spree? Like a postal worker?

** The Kremlin will likely introduce a quota to systematically appoint hand-selected veterans of the war in Ukraine to positions in municipal, regional, and federal government in support of the Kremlin’s long-term campaign to militarize Russian society. Vladimir Putin reportedly extended Russian Chief of the General Staff Army General Valery Gerasimov’s military service for five more years, demonstrating how Putin continues to retain an aging cadre of loyalists despite his stated efforts to raise a new, younger elite.

** In a win for President Trump, the American people and ICE, an immigration judge in Louisiana denied an application for asylum by campus pro-Palestine protest organizer and former Columbia University student Mahmoud Khalil and ordered him to be deported to Algeria or Syria, which is where he’s from. His lawyers have 30 days to appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals, but that’s a long shot considering why the judge ruled this way.

** Merging the US and Canada might sound nice, but when you lift the hood…not so much. The US would be stuck with the financial burden of caring for Canada’s rapidly aging population.

Would CBS News’ Ratings Improve if they used Strippers as Anchors?

I’ll answer my own question – yes. Barely 1% of the nation watches the nightly news on CBS. It takes less talent to “read the news” than it does to be a stripper, and the talking heads are classified as “entertainers,” so why not take the next step if they want to attract an audience? Their content is crap.

NPR reported, “CBS shifts to appease the right under new owner.” The piece ran on and on for more than 2,000 words. What made this story remarkable was that NPR somehow managed to delve into the management of a television network without mentioning the one word that is the key to everything on television—dramatic pause—ratings.

TV Insider reported on June 25, “As reported by AdWeek, citing Nielsen live-plus-same-day data ratings for the week of June 16, CBS Evening News, hosted by John Dickerson and Maurice Dubois, had 3.981 million total viewers and 526,000 viewers in the Adults 25-54 demo. This was not only down -4% in total viewers and demo to the week prior but also down -8% in total viewers and -15% in demo year-over-year.”

The story also said, “In comparison, NBC Nightly News with Tom Llamas attracted 5.678 million total viewers and 820,000 in the key demo for the week of June 16. This was flat in total viewers compared to the previous week but down -3% in the demo. However, while the program was down -1% in total viewers compared to last year, it was up +11% in the demo.”

NBC has an audience roughly 50% larger than CBS.

The story also said, “According to Nielsen, ABC World News Tonight averaged 7.448 million total viewers and 1.038 million viewers in the demo for the week of June 16. This was up +3% in total viewers and +4% in the demo compared to the week prior. In comparison to the same period in 2024, the show was up +4% in total viewers and +9% in the demo.”

ABC has an audience almost double CBS.

The network attempted to boost its ratings by replacing its anchor and adopting a more topical format. That failed. Its new owners are trying to make a radical change in attempting to bring back objectivity.

NPR hates it, writing:

CBS’ new corporate owner has taken a series of concrete steps to address the concerns of the news division’s sharpest critics—particularly President Trump and his allies.

In recent days, the network selected a new ombudsman for CBS News with strong conservative credentials. It promised to run full, unedited interviews on a key public affairs show after receiving blowback from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. And it’s in talks to bring on a top news executive who believes the mainstream press is reflexively biased.

All of these decisions have come from top officials at Paramount under the new ownership of Skydance Media. And they represent a grand accommodation to Trump by CBS, known for its rich legacy of journalistic touchstones spanning back to the dawn of television news, including Edward R. Murrow, Walter Cronkite and 60 Minutes.

So many falsehoods, so few pixels.

The blowback from Noem was that CBS doctored her answer to a question, removing 25 seconds where she laid out the criminal record of Maryland Man. Unlike Florida Man, whose misadventures usually begin with “hold my beer,” Maryland Man is an abuser of women and children.

What CBS censored from her answer: “This individual was a known human smuggler, MS-13 gang member, an individual who was a wife beater, and someone who was, um, so perverted that he solicited nude photos from minors. And even his fellow human traffickers told him to knock it off. He was so sick in what he was doing and how he was treating small children. So, uh, he needs to never be in the United States of America, and our administration is making sure we’re doing all that we can to bring him to justice.”

NPR censored it by proxy by dismissing Noem’s legitimate complaint as mere blowback. MSM hates Noem. MSM hates Trump. MSM hates Christianity.

Ratings matter to everyone in broadcasting and the Internet media because audiences generate the revenue. NPR and PBS no longer get taxpayer subsidies. The two now rely on donations and sponsorships just like everyone else. Ratings are basic to the story. To ignore ratings in reporting on broadcasters is the same as ignoring homicides, carjacking, and armed robbery when reporting on crime.

MSM does that too.

But after a decade of hating on Trump for being Trump, NPR now has a reason to hate. He cut off their welfare checks.

NPR reported:

[The new owner of CBS] Skydance is run by its founder, David Ellison. He’s the producer (along with Paramount Pictures) of Tom Cruise’s Mission: Impossible movie franchise, among other properties. He is also the son of Oracle founder Larry Ellison, one of the richest people in the world and a vocal backer of President Trump.

Among the moves being discussed is one to bring a contrarian journalist on board to steer CBS News. Skydance is in talks to pay $100 million or more to acquire the buzzy digital news and opinion startup The Free Press, which has drawn a lot of headlines, paying subscribers, and investors in its 4 1/2 years. Outside analysts tell NPR the valuation appears high—above what the market might price it as being worth—yet is also an indication of Ellison’s desire to work with its founder, Bari Weiss.

Weiss’ launch of The Free Press in 2021 was nearly pitch-perfect. It played into the backlash against the social progress movement of the previous year that presaged Trump’s return to office.

Weiss delivered a blast at what she says is bias in the mainstream media, including at The New York Times, where she was an opinion editor. Among the examples of ensuing coverage: essays focusing on a perceived pro-Palestinian slant in the media’s coverage of Israeli military’s actions in the Israel-Hamas war and accusations that NPR’s reporting has a liberal slant.

Weiss sided with Israel. NPR sided with Hamas.

When someone buys a company, they make changes designed to increase revenues and reduce expenses. That is what David Ellison is doing. He did that by having Tom Cruise make more Mission: Impossible movies. Making money is not a sin because money keeps people employed.

CBS News has been in the ratings toilet for some time. Its morning show is in third place among the three major networks—and those morning shows are where the money is, not the evening shows. George Stephanopoulos gets up at 4 AM to go where the viewers are.

The new owner of CBS wants to go where the viewers are. In its way, NPR’s misleading story admits the truth. The viewers are where Trump is, not where the liberals are.

  1. Strippers-
There is a Canadian news show “Naked News” that uses that format. Never seen it but seems to do ok as a pay per view channel.

  2. Donuts, mmmm donuts :)
CBS anchors – if past is prologue to the future, I DON’T want to see what they hire for those positions. I would invest in eye-bleach companies.

  3. 1 – Norman Schwarzkopf Jr.
    2 – Supacat HMTV
    3 – French EBRC JAGUAR
    4 – Aérospatiale SA 342M Gazelle
    5 – Narwhal class Nautilus (SS-168)
    6 – USS Growler (SSG-577)

      1. I think that might be Col Jesse Johnson , Desert Storm SOCCENT Commander with Stormin Norman.
        Idaho Bob

    1. Of course it’s Schwarzkopf.
I wanted to know who the guy in the white shirt is.
It may be Sergeant Major (Ret.) Mike Vining, a founding member of the U.S. Army’s Delta Force

    2. Growler was designed to carry two Regulus cruise missiles. A very interesting idea that quickly got replaced by vertically launched ICBMs. But still cool as all get out.

Looks like she could have been modified to carry SEALS or other stuff, but got quickly retired.

  4. Identify the US Army Officer:
    1. General Norman Schwarzkopf Jr.
    Identify the APC:
    2. Jackal
    3. EBRC Jaguar
    Identify the Aircraft:
    4. Aérospatiale Gazelle
Identify the Boat Specifically or the Class:
    5. American Narwhal-class cruiser submarine
    6. American Grayback-class cruise missile submarine. Seen with with Regulus 1 missile.

    1. I’m sad to say I cannot find that interchange with Tyrus anywhere except a suspect FB video that leads to click-bait.
I really wanted to hear the whole thing.

  5. Stormin Norman !!! (I guess I could say I served under him , he was running the show, can’t remember when Powell came into the picture ) , his father, Schwarzkopf Sr., was the lead on the Lindbergh baby kidnapping case , head of NJ State Police , just an interesting side note of no significance .

  6. After I saw obvious lies on the network news (after the stolen election in 2020) I stopped watching network news.

  7. Tyrus: Do not mess with massive DNA with brains, they (he) will shred you verbally while being imposing, owning you in the process. Now I need to watch the clip to get the full smack down affect…because like him, WTP are tired of the Left hand shills spewing lies and fomenting hate. When Manchurian Obama spoke last week about how his administration was fair and balanced and “we” all need to tone it down (who’s “we” pal?, and EXACTLY what Gutfeld schooled Tarlov on the next day)…everything Obama stated as fact was a full on lie, yet the fawning brainless crowd cheered in agreement. How they so easily forget…but…WTP (many of us anyway)…don’t.

    1. Ps. Krispy-Kreme…Yum. Only thing better was Ralph’s Bakery in my hometown (best donuts and sticky buns…and hapoened to live next door so day-olds were to be had by all)…OR…fresh off the conveyor at Brown’s Donuts, on the Boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ. Unbeatable during ‘the season’ at 6am with a nice cuppa joe and the sun rising over the ocean.

      1. He-yah in the South, we have Publix Supermarkets. Their bakery section does excellent breads and donuts and makes great dough for homemade pizzas.

They also do the best subs short of those hole-in-the-wall Italian delis that basically created the sub.

How do we know God smiles on the South? We have Publix. (who, after the disaster of 2004 when Florida got hit by 4 hurricanes, all Publix stores had huge CAT generators with a week’s supply of fuel installed. ALL. Publix wasn’t going to lose money on food-loss ever again.)

        1. Having been to St Pete a number of breaks from the norm, you are so right, Publix is terrific. And the pizza dough comes close to a decent Philly grade pie…not easy to do in the tropical air and water.

          1. There’s a New Joisey guy on the interwebs who lives in The Villages and laments he can’t get a good NJ style Italian role, but he even says Publix bakery is pretty darned good.

I miss the 20lb Pumpernickel bread they used to have. That is, a real dark, dense, heavy, massive, black-hole generating German-style pumpernickel. Sigh.

  8. I think “The View” is one of those television shows where the ratings are only due from a television being left on a station, and nobody is watching. It’s like CNN in doctor offices or airports. If either was off the air, only about two dozen people would really notice, until their handlers told them they need to be upset.

    1. Reality bites…and those ‘gals’ got their comeuppance with a taste of a Big Man’s [verbal & imposing] wrath. I suspect they were all fearing for their lives when he got up from the seat…yet…as our side is wont to do when pressed by these types – while their side does actual damage (and murder) to the innocent – he simply walked off…to their major relief. Coulda easily flipped the table over…but didn’t. We are restrained…to a point.

    2. You’d have thought they’d have learned when Kurk Russell slayed them over guns, or Tom Selleck slayed them over guns and lefty violence, but, well, no, those liberal hens have always been completely unable to learn.

  9. Tyrus – a Large Human
One of the reasons I watch Gutfield (on YouTube). That Tyrus is one intelligent man.

A pimple on media’s ass. CBS news is the popped pimple.

During the years flu shots were required in the workplace, a friendly nurse practitioner faked my right to work chit. Sadly, she retired. In twenty years I may have had ‘flu’ once. Never a clot shot.

    1. We, Beans and Wife, stopped flu shots after the bullscat of Covid. And it totally destroyed what little faith we had in our family doctor. Who was pretty much the last medical person we had any little faith in.

Funny, since not getting seasonal flu shots, we haven’t had seasonal flu. Mayhaps the conspiracy freaks weren’t so conspiratorial after all.

  10. Just watched thru the Charlie Kirk Memorial…got seriously dusty over here. President Trump’s remarks…spot on…then calling Erika Kirk out for a hug and comfort, gently kissing her cheek…true Godly love for others as we have been taught. Yet…in what country, or prior Administration, would that ever happen? God is moving…big time.

    1. And Trump will award Mr. Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Good. Finally a real American will get that recognition, following Rush Limbaugh, also awarded by Trump (watched that State of the Union speech and bawled when Rush got it, and you could tell it wasn’t a political play like Cankles McPantsuit getting it. Rush was bawling and agog with surprise (and, of course, the accursed Leftists didn’t applaud, national socialist jerks!)

      1. Yes, and that’ll keep the Lefty and Dems heads going full scanners. Evil is rooting itself out into the open for all to see. Now, if we can deport Omar The Horrible that might hasten the demise of the crazy hateful Dem party who couldn’t get past their personal dementedness to honor CK in Congress with a moment of silence. Talk about inhuman.

        1. Be funny if she gets booted for immigration fraud and naturalization fraud. Funny is that it’s most probably true, and then some.

  11. One possible reason Big Mike’s wife may feel kinship with Kirk’s killer is because he himself ordered a buncha people killed by drone strikes, including at least one feller who while being a possible or maybe even actual terrorist, was in fact an American citizen and therefore subject to all the rights afforded by the Constitution. Extrajudicial punishment, anyone?
    .
I’m aware there may be more to the story and that mook’s loss is probably our gain, but…….

    1. My feeling about the drone strike of Questionable US Citizen is if Questionable US Citizen is out farking around in a terrorist training camp or like place and isn’t a hostage, well, said US citizenship doesn’t keep you from being an asshat. So do you whack the asshat over there or bring him over here to stand trial in our lovely leftist judicial system,

Lots of questions about that. Doesn’t help that I didn’t and don’t trust anything that semi-muslim piece of half-white dogsqueeze did and does.

  12. As to the opening picture, not a lot of people realize that Japan, yes, Japan is transferring a lot of their potentially-mothballable old destroyers and frigates and P3 Orions to the Philippines. Some will need a lot of reworking, some a little, in order to be fully brought into service with the Philippine Navy and Coast Guard. The snazzy Jap frigates, I believe, are heading to the P-Coasties, and will be fully armed so the P-Coasties will have a better chance of standing up against the Peoples’ Liberation Army Coast Guard or whatever the frack the ChiCom West Taiwanese are calling them.

And the Chy-Nah Coasties are definitely the stupid Goliat here. The P-Coasties have held their own with older and smaller ships and boats. Though, yes, they’ll be better served with better and larger ships.
