Bullet Points:

** (Right) LL with JP-LRP07/Schmidt & Bender PM2

** (Below) Little Rocketman with possibly a Nork rifle, that I’m sure he didn’t shoot – poser.

** Powerboat racing with EdB.

** Explore what Kamala wants with Elsa. What better to do on a Sunday morning?

** If it had been made in the UK, it would have been different, and nobody in the US would have gotten it. George Bernard Shaw said that the Americans and the British were two peoples separated by a common language. He didn’t even discuss sign language.

** Sermonettewhat is the difference between #1 and #2?

** Oh, you want music with your sermonette? Ok, let’s run with this.

It’s a Fair Question

She discusses it here.

A Chemical Attack

At least 20 Trump supporters may have been attacked covertly by chemicals or a high-power laser at a Trump rally in Tucson on September 12. Some victims suffered severe burns. Many were temporarily blinded, with symptoms lasting until today. Others may have been affected but have yet to be identified. The fact that all those known to have been affected were sitting on the stage immediately adjacent to President Trump is important in understanding the significance of what happened.

The victims were all part of a “Latinos for Trump” group on the stage. President Trump shook hands with them as he walked to the podium. But what they believed was their good fortune soon turned into a nightmare when severe symptoms began to strike 30 minutes after the rally.

  1. Identify the Aircraft:

    Identify the TV Series/Film:
    A. Doctor Who, fourth series
    B. Oppenheimer
    C. Wednesday

      1. Just the fact Surly specified “fourth series” is Savant Level 10. Clearly I need to get out more.

        1. As I mentioned, there were fourteen, so you need to be specific. As Surly later mentioned, there really is only one for people from our generation.

      2. No, not 14. Jodie Whitaker and Ncuti (pronounced “Shooty” — because of course it is, YOU BIGOT) Gatwa played something, but they weren’t The Doctor.

    1. That is a very fancy Saracen. I was in one in Northern Ireland in 1975, and it looked a lot more Spartan.

        1. There’s one at a local body shop, here in RI.
I’m always surprised how small they look, IRL.

  2. PPH/ Devil- All under the guise of “necessary woman’s healthcare rights”. Uh huh.

Dillon music parody made me laugh…so true (post motorcycle accident that changed his voice).
    ***
EdB needs to keep it below 120mph (knots?) on Lake Michigan in his cigarette speed demon…that chop will be your undoing (altho one could suggest maybe he was employing the diving option used to recover firearms lost in the infamous boating accident, whereas this was a perfect execution of said technique. Well done Ed, major h/t).

  3. Why are only the guys getting hit with the collar? I’ve sat through so many meetings where the gals just kept the nonsense rolling? It really should be equal opportunity, same pay, same voltage.

  4. Have Latinos for Trump gotten the message yet or do they need another lecture from AOC and the wise Justice who is not of the six (current assassination news reference)?

Has anyone asked Trump what he’ll do to the companies and pilots flying illegals in small towns in the US yet? Howabout prosecution of NGOs, foreign and domestic, for facilitating human trafficking and criminal conduct by illegals the brought here?

  5. Extended Warranties
From time to time I’m asked about extended car warranties. Are they a good deal? Usually, not only no, but hell no!
The exception is those offered on a new car backed by the manufacturer. Dealers, for that brand, are required to accept them. The “Certified Used Car” may qualify; buyer beware!
The warranty companies set the amount they will pay to repair shops. The repair shops are in no way obligated to accept what the warranty company will pay. Most will likely say no.
To a lesser extent, this also applies to roadside service and towing.
Extended warranties are a major profit center for dealerships. The highest paid staffs are the “Finance Manager” or “Business Manager” in the F&I Department.
During all my years in the car biz, I avoided F&I. I sold iron, not b.s.

    1. I have bought new car manufacturer (only, no third party) warranties and they worked out. In one case to the tune of $15,000 when my Toyota Supra (turbo) engine blew and they had to replace everything but the tranny. I don’t do third party warranties, and agree with WSF.

        1. I didn’t borrow to purchase but the warranty was offered by Ford and only honored it Ford dealerships unless they couldn’t get the parts or do the work. I did have the work done at a different dealership that was closer to me. I had to wait 6 months for the motor to become available.

  6. the incident at the trump new york rally has been torpedoed really well. anybody have more info on the “bomb training” ? that header pic looks like kamelface asking for another promotion…i’m pretty sure rocket man was giving some more of his relatives their pink slips, er pink mist. see the guy w/ the notebook, and other one w/ a red flag. maybe they’re doing time trials for the next olympics? ….nice holster……even orca/oprah was looking at kamelface like “what the hell is she saying? i’m supposed to support this twit?” read kamelface got miffed and walked out of the black journalists association interview. i pray for trump. there’s no way they can win/fake the win with that twit, they’re going to have to kill him. my question is what do we do with the 30% of morons willing to actually vote for her? humanely put down? exiled to hawaii? walled up in dc and nuked from orbit? idk, but we can’t go on like this.

    1. oh yeah, i wondered why they were going after p-diddy so hard. turns out kamelface was his arm candy for a bit and maybe starred in one of his “freak-offs”. now that footage is safely in the fbi vaults. no, i did not kill myself. but p-diddy might catch a shiv on the yard, no film at eleven.

    2. > what do we do with the 30% of morons willing to actually vote for her?
      .
You shouldn’t want to “do” anything with them; they are your countrymen and deserve to be treated civilly when you pass them on the sidewalk. You might even drop a few coins into their cup now that their sinecure went bankrupt.
      .
But seriously, stop obeying them and the gunmen they hired; they aren’t good at projecting power against resistance. For example, recent gun registration efforts have been ignored with no repercussions.

  7. Since this is Off Topic here’s a good place to throw out this bit of “service” provided by our local Ford dealer. Mrs. Cletus has an 024 Ford Ranger than has a recall for a power window issue. She made an appointment at the dealership to take the truck in this week, but Thursday we got a call regarding the service. Seems for non-shop required fixes, they have instituted a “we’ll fix it at your house saving you the time of mashing your butt in our show room” and at no cost to the customer. Ford taking the hit for the “house call” is ok with me since we’ve already bought the vehicle and not planning to buy another one for a good while.
Will be interesting how long their management will be able to provide this service.

      1. Simon Whistler – I had to listen closely to translate it into actual English. But yes, cool.

    1. You need to install a klaxon in your home to make his commands even more authoritative. FYI – and nobody cares or asked but, I have a “General Quarters” alarm clock tone on my phone that wakes me right up. The back up alarm is “Collision” which shoots adrenalin from my toes to my eyeballs. — Yes, you always do what the COB directs you to do. (MRSLL doesn’t like the alarm) I’ve been known to shout, “Battle Stations, this is not a drill” when GQ sounds and “Set Condition Zulu” when Collision sounds.

  8. * where did you find that old picture of me; it shows some of my Romanian (actually Walachian) background – unfortunately I gazed too long upon a lady with a coronet of snakes.
    * before I opened the link to the Sermonette, two thoughts occurred to me:
1 I’d recently come back from an appt with a retinologist (switching lenses) – got knocked about a bit in my mid-20s before I learned to duck
2 how is (LL) going to discuss a visit to the neuromuscular doc specializing in problems of the perineum on a “family blog” such as this

  9. Is there a gun of the backside of the comely l(ass) with the chaps?

I wonder why the that Routh guy lo0ks so much like that hag that said Trump grabbed her couchy and had his way with her?

  10. Eye protection – sometimes wondered about getting those laser protection goggles to wear while riding my bike.

  11. Nice view. Im almost torn between which i would rather get a grip on . The Bisley or the beautiful buttocks.Almost that is….

  12. I like the banner infographic of this post, which reminds me of a popular if exclusive dining club, “Beast Head.” Yes, loosely affiliated with the DLC.
