Framing the US Presidential Debate

Blog Post
President Barack Obama can’t run on his record because the last four years have been dismal. The answer of “Utopian Socialism” and trillions of dollars of borrowed money that have VANISHED into the bureaucratic spending abyss paired with over 8% unemployment  don’t appeal to the American voters.
President Obama must fall back on his roots and Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. Particularly Rule 10: â€œIf you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.”
Don’t expect Obama to tout ObamaCare, which turned from his “defining moment” to a political disaster as the true provisions of this program come out and are made public.
Don’t expect Obama, architect of Operation Fast and Furious and the man who funded the war on drugs in Mexico that cost 100,000 lives and has failed to discuss his neighbors to the South. Instead of hardening the US Border, Obama merely put up signs warning Americans that those areas of the US were dangerous because they were controlled by drug cartels.
Don’t expect Obama to discuss the unemployment rate or his “seasons of hope” – every year that fell flat. The “summer(s) of recovery” fueled by a trillion dollars of borrowed ‘stimulus money’ didn’t manage to produce jobs. Where did the money go? Good question.
And of course, we know that the mainstream media will not hold President Obama accountable in the slightest.

We know that “Blaming George W. Bush” for Obama’s screw ups will be a key strategy.

  1. WoFat, progressives would brand you a racist for making such an absurd suggestion — because if Obama released his college transcripts they'd show that he was an Indonesian Citizen and a Muslim ant it would hurt his reelection hopes.

  2. Obama loves the little children, unicorns and rainbows. Isn't that enough? God comes to him for advice, just ask him. He should be able to demand what he wants from Romney without having to give up something that would publicly embarrass him.

  3. No generation has ever re-elected a president with such a bad record. I hope we can get rid of this dud as well.

  4. Obama/Biden can't frame the debate or the re-election bid on their pathetic record, so the only thing left to them is 'an attack'.

  5. We are the generation that elected Obama. We have to do the right thing and send him back to Chicago to crawl back under that rock (along with the rest of his cronies).
