Orwell’s Review of Mein Kampf


In 1940, George Orwell (of “1984” and “Animal Farm” fame) reviewed Adolf Hitler’s “Mein Kampf.” In explaining Hitler’s rise to power, however, Orwell explained much of what we see around us now. David Wood discusses Orwell’s book review and the lesson for today.

  1. Funny how, if Globull Warming was real, that all the leftists who live in lowland areas, like, well, the Obamas, have yet to take steps by building sea walls and houses on top of wave-proof towers.

    In fact, they are flocking to the very places that are supposed to be under the briny deep.

    Makes you wonder, doesn’t it? Or not wonder, if one really understands the world (since, well, all the big glaciers have rebuilt themselves, like the ones in Greenland and Antarctica.)

    Otherwise, don’t care about the NBA, never did, never will.

    Now the day SJW comes to competitive show jumping or equestrian cross country, well, that will truly suck.

  2. Ignoring professional sports is voting with your wallet. Not just not buying tickets, there is not seeing all the commercials. Advertising dollars wasted.
