Susan Rice’s departure is the biggest signal to me of Obama’s move to oust Biden. I imagine Biden’s latest shenanigans have grated on Barry’s nerves to the point where he protects Rice from any fallout.
This should be an interesting summer.

Fox is just another media company that is out to make money, they appear to back the other side so people who don’t like the liberal view still have someplace to watch the ads they sell.

Cleopatra: Hate casting is a thing. Of course, only Bad Thinkers call it hate casting. It’s really “creative re-imagining” of how history Should Have Been. If sufficiently backed into a corner they might say “we did it to create a dialog”.

Viola Davis as Martha Washington, or Joan of Arc, or Anastasia Romanova, is not hate casting.

I think Sundance hit the nail on the head. No way the PTB and the DNC are allowing Biden to run again, so the only question is how and when do they push him aside for either Moochelle or Biden’s stooge Susan Rice. Legacy media is in it’s death spiral and net streaming is the future. TC knows this. Interesting summer to say the least.
Susan Rice is no better in a debate than Biden is, but there will be no debates in the upcoming presidential election cycle. Rice is an Obama proxy, not a Biden proxy.

Blue was a very friendly dog, but a fierce defender of LSP’s compound.
Yesterday was Jules’ birthday. I didn’t wish her a happy birthday on yesterday’s blog but I did send her an e-mail. She will have a present going her way as soon as I lay my hands on it. There has been something in the works but it’s been slow in coming.
I was my last daughter’s birthday yesterday too! We did sing “Happy Birthday” to her answering machine :-)

I’m hoping TC takes some time away from the fray at his place in Maine…then…when the time is right, comes back with a vengeance. He could go full speed with a massive contract, or settle back and pick and choose. We shall see. His Fox (spit,spit) contract is supposedly being paid in full so it’s not about the money, it’s principle. Michael Savage went to podcasts after decades doing radio but was getting ‘corporate’ pressure…just last week said the same (not about the money) in prophetic fashion.
Was out doing some Tractor Therapy yesterday when ‘The Five’ started…decided for grins to self-flagellate my brain and listened to the entire program to SEE IF they would even mention their colleague. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Nyet. TC’s “associates” (aka Bums) are now – like vultures to the carrion – looking to expand “their brand” and were likely told “it’s business as usual”. BTW, apparently some Fox producer she/her/? had filed a “sexual harassment” claim against TC, same play when Fox decided to toss O’Reilly, who at the time was also their big ticket program.
Upside (always an upside): Tucker’s firing gives me back an hour in the evening each weeknight.
Blue- Saw that yesterday…they do leave a void. Never easy with the joy shared. If I recall correctly from LSP’s post, Blue ‘went’ quietly on the porch, where he first arrived. The best way.
I once started a sermon “All dogs go to Heaven”, mainly as a result that any time DrMrsPaulM did a farm call to “assist” we reminded the owners that their “pal” was now whole, romping in God’s Kingdom. Love transcends all.
The departed on Fox (O’Reilly, Carlson, Ed Henry, etc.) are never mentioned again. I had Gutfeld and The Five on DVR recording – now canceled.

You’re right that the particular show is unimportant. But the strategy is important to understand. “Hate Casting,” as I call it, is BAIT. The underlying goal is to get someone like me (only more so) to make intemperate public remarks about blacks, or Hollywood. They then use such remarks as evidence of oppression and racism. A side benefit is that some persons, especially kids, will come away from it believing that Cleopatra really was a negress. But furthering the racism/anti-Semitism/oppression claims, by manufacturing their own if the organic supply is insufficient, is the real purpose of this stuff.
I predicted a few weeks ago to wifmann that Susan Rice would be the Dem’s nominee for POTUS.
