Goodness, there are no flies on Jack are there. But there might be some on Bambiā¦.mmm, mmm.
This is very punchy in its matter of fact delivery. I like that. A disturbing, lack of empathy reality. More like this, please.
I think that there is a much larger market for gritty, disturbing than there is for butterflies, rainbows and unicorns when it comes to writing topics. Given the life that I've led, I've known my share of sociopaths and it makes writing about them disarmingly simple.
I was in Evanston, IL, for three weeks one nigh, and I saw some Ten High on a shelf in a store. I didn't know it was 'home made', so to speak, instead I though it was an oriental whisky. I thought this from the looks of the label and the name. It just looked cheap like. So I bought my usual Jack Black. I hope Dr. Bill makes a good go at family practice. He's earned it.
Ten High is just one step down from Yukon Jack.
I'm a bit confused by the lack of unicorns, rainbows and butterflies in this story. I guess you're trying something new?
There isn't a Harlequin romance side to me. I haven't embraced my inner Jenner apparently.
Not very "Cait" I'm afraid.
…disarmingly simple, indeed…
:-/
but if you do it well, do it! I guess? :)
good ending.
