If I remember correctly from trip to dairy farm in USA your FDA does not let cheese makers use raw milk. All milk has to be pasteurised first.
Australia, Europe etc cheese is mostly raw milk so much more flavour.

RCC- Yup…local dairy farmer and friend to my older brother in Pennsylvania had a top shelf cheese operation, award winning blue cheese. Sold raw milk to patrons, great beef and pork to restaurants…total Farm-to-Table the nuevo-hip talk about as if it was something they just discovered/invented. This young farmer was doing very we…that is until the State Heath department (gag!spit!) swept in and told him he can’t sell raw milk, then proceeded to wreck his thriving small business. Yeah, Time For A Reset ™ with overstepping regulators.

RSH, I am a retired nurse. Not only upon observing a death of someone, in surgery, especially a deep tissue procedure I and the surgeon have witness snaps and flashes of (electricity), (ether), (neurobiochemical reaction) to stress/trauma of the immediate tissue? Or, are we disrupting somehow this flow or transference? I do know very recently deceased patients do weigh some portion of a gram in weight less. Is that the collapse of the this dense vacuum(soul)? You do witness and observe strange phenomena concerning patients in stress. Are they/us out of synch with this phasing?
The soul is certainly a mystery, however “we believe without seeing”…that it is our connection to God by and through The Holy Spirit. We know it exists, we can sense it, especially when that back of the mind niggle occurs. The good doctor’s theory may be 100% correct from a science standpoint, but I figure – assuming I am worthy to be in His presence – the answers will become known, no science needed. Yet none of us, however heavy thinkers we are, can see around corners, only God can because of his “top-down” view…so I leave that stuff to Him.

The church my family was involved with for decades was the location of a family funeral service. I noticed it wasn’t Methodist any longer, and asked the Pastor why they left the Methodist denomination. He corrected me. “We didn’t leave the Methodist Church, they left us.” From what I see, their church is thriving, which is good.
