Bullet Points:
** What does AI predict? I doubt that AI is a better predictor of life 500 years in the future than any of you are. Would AI 500 years ago have predicted the Demise of the British Empire? Would it have predicted the American Revolution and the devolution of America that we see before our eyes? Would it have predicted the rise of demented old Pedo Joe (head of his own crime family) and the Ho to oversee the United States? Could that have been predicted even twenty-five years ago? The article predicts that Sedona, AZ will be destroyed…and it’s close to the White Wolf Mine…disturbing.

** Hillary Clinton, the author of the most ignominious defeat in American political history who herself was beaten by the man whose cult followers must now be deprogrammed, she says, is going to be a primary face of the Biden re-election campaign. Good choice, democrats. I thought that they’d have gone for the tranny, Big Mike, or Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) for the face of Pedo Joe’s re-election but reptilian Hillary works.
** You’ve been warned.
** Excerpted from CDRSAL: “Russians are not Westerners. They don’t think like Westerners, though they may look like them. The Russians have a distinct culture, history, and view of themselves and their place in history. The underperforming political, military, and diplomatic elite in the West – with few exceptions outside the former Warsaw Pact nations now in NATO – expect Russians to react in the same way and to the same degree to the incentives and disincentives that move needles and preferences in DC and Brussels. Time is always on Russia’s side.” TRUTH
For all the reasons Russia continues to fight, so too do their Ukrainian brothers – demonstrating greater resilience and endurance than Western expectations.
Editorial moment – I, LL, am not opposed to supporting the Ukrainian defense against Russia and bleeding them white…as racist as that sounds. I am opposed to using the situation to launder aid back to the democrat party (and the Swamp) in the United States. It’s a corrupt practice that has been played out in many venues in the past.
Watching Russia exhaust itself in Ukraine means that they’ll be less able to do it elsewhere.
I understand why Putin thought that the invasion and annexation of Ukraine was essential to Russia’s future. He called it existential, and he wasn’t wrong. America had a host of corrupt activities underway in Ukraine (Biden Crime Family, Sen. Mitt Romney’s family, the Pelosis, bio labs, etc.), and that should not have been. It muddies the water and the reasons for aiding the admittedly corrupt Ukrainian government.
** Vaccines should be tested on politicians first. If they survive, the vaccine is safe. If they don’t, then the country is safe.
** …But now a new study led by astrophysicist Sergij Mazurenko of the University of Bonn has found that, just maybe, the Local Hole could solve a problem: that of the Hubble Tension, an inability to resolve different measurements of the speed at which the Universe is expanding. (there’s always a newer study)
** The Gay Plagerist…of course. In its defense, plagiarism does help people of color (POCs) succeed. And it worked for Pedo Joe.
** The People’s Republic of Pineland (Robin Sage)

** The Swiss parliament has voted to cancel the funding it provides to UNRWA (UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees) after evidence revealed the organization’s glorification of terror against Israel. Switzerland supplies UNRWA with $21 million in annual funding—the ninth-biggest donor.

** As far as I can tell, I was only thinking about Shrimp Scampi, and yet the feed on Google came up with this:

Be afraid. Be very afraid. Not of the scampi, of course. That’s delicious.
** In Iowa – Now, let me try to wrap my head around this. When you want to display the Judeo-Christian Ten Commandments, freedom of religion blocks you.
But if you want to display Satan’s seven fundamental tenets prominently in the Rotunda of the state Capitol, that is covered by free speech. The Rolling Stones are not the only ones with sympathy for the devil.
** When I moved to the Mogollon Rim in Arizona, city people thought that I’d end up looking like this.

No. Where are his arms and ammo? Where’s the barrel from the .50 BMG? That’s definitely NOT me.
** “Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. The process continues day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.” ― George Orwell, 1984
** Halley’s Comet was predicted to reach its farthest point from the sun on Dec. 9, beginning a 38-year journey toward Earth that culminates in 2061. Will I be around to see it come back?
Spreading Disinformation
The Biden administration accused journalist Owen Shroyer of spreading “disinformation” about the 2020 election and sent him to federal prison on a misdemeanor charge. He just got out. pic.twitter.com/pRNkkMTjqG

J8M
The Mitsubishi J8M(IJNAF) or Ki-200(IJAAF) – Mitsubishi Heavy Industries developed a reversed engineered version of the Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet in the last years of WW2.

The aircraft was supposed to be a license-built version of the Komet; however, when the Germans tried to export a single aircraft to Japan, the U-boat carrying it was sunk by the HMS Venturer. Mitsubishi had to build the aircraft from manuals (written in German). The aircraft was finished by 1945. It was never mass-produced and never became operational.

Paul W, that is two minutes and thirty seconds I will never get back, I am that much closer to that massive infarct…
My bad.
(I am fully aware I’m close to losing my VM Gold Access Card and Merch. Redeemable Green Stamps.)
Cederq might present you with his medical bill for the mental trauma inflicted on him (including blindness and a heart attack) from viewing your selection.
Heh…almost spit out my grilled cheese on sourdough. Can I pay in VM Green Stamps? (heard they’re now worth 20:1 to the Bidenomics dollar while being immune from Shrinkflation.)
Just be glad I didn’t do the Bend & Snap clip, woulda crashed the site when the VM Cray Server AI sensed incorrect content and closed the blast doors. Am I not merciful?
I may end up emptying your VM Green stamp account out and transferring it to Cederq to cover his extensive traumatic injuries. You’ll end up building from scratch.
You’re correct, though. VM Green Stamp values have soared against the ailing US Dollar. You were almost to the point of being able to afford your own chinchilla ranch.
It’s good to be the king.
I’m pretty certain I was involved in an exercise involving Pineland in 1973 or 4.
Worked alongside a number of snake eaters.
I remember the firefights and mostly I remember the Cobra helicopter swinging in over the road from behind a tree screen, rockets trained on us. I had stopped my truck and hit the air horns when I saw the blades hanging out from behind the screen but the captain just kept going….
Once in a while you will see someone suggesting that we are heading toward wars based on food supplies. I wonder if Ukraine farmland was part of the equation for the Russian invasion. Hillary – couldn’t win an election rigged in her favor :)
The Russians wanted Ukrainian farmland, Ukrainian industry, and Ukrainians (who are white and fit within the ethnic ideal of Great Russia). He wanted Ukrainian territory that was not under the control of NATO. Putin felt that taking Kiev and then the remainder of Ukraine would be a simple matter given the might, weight, and momentum of the bulk of Russia’s Army, including the cream of its military formations – to include the Naval Infantry coming North from the Black Sea.
We’ve seen that play out. Russia had its ass handed to it, but they have not “lost”. They don’t intend to lose.
The bully in a toxic relationship can’t understand why the abused partner would want to leave such a wonderful thing. I had mentioned earlier that Russia had switched to a ‘3 yards in a cloud of dust’ plan. May end in a modern version of a Pyrrhic victory. Ukraine may pull a rabbit out of a hat; if they’re holding a trump card it should be a doozy. Predicting is hard, especially about the future…
Couldn’t be you on the moose…no moose in AZ. (juss’ sayin’)
AI- When dystopian SciFi meets reality at the hands of the same types who think fiddling with The Virus Pandora’s Box to make it more deadly so they alone can offer the “cure” is a good thing…every instance thereafter We The People suffer. This mentality stems from the belief they know better for you than you.
AI could be considered the natural progression of pen and paper media sales and marketing to garner consumer visibility (which required actual thought and creativity). Instead it’s being used against the populace with every “disinformation” snake oil they can conjure up. Can’t hide in the barn anymore when the modern “liniment salesman/person/2-Spirit” comes around. Nowadays if we encounter him/her/it there is no escape, it’s dinging us on our phones. (Ps. I have all notifications and location “services” off, and zero social media…not that matters much anymore. But it’s one measure to remain semi-autonomous from the incestuous creeps.)
All of that is seriously ironic considering the Tucker X clip; Government, their cronies, and their useful idiots are the only ones allowed to spread lies. Yet the everyday guy (who makes their sorry lives possible) gets the jail cot when they decide he or she is vocalizing against their self-appointed imperialism.
Time For A Reset & More Ammo ™
There are no moose native to Arizona, but I could have imported one. I didn’t, but I could have. The elk that live in the area in abundant numbers to rival certain high-density areas in Colorado were brought here in 1905 and again in 1910 from Oregon. They’re an invasive species in Arizona. I don’t think Moose would do as well because it’s not wet enough here, and they like wetlands. There may be some areas in the White Mountains where they’d thrive – but not in large numbers.
My quick search indicates there are a few habitat areas in AZ that can support moose. We have them stop by once in a while (stream behind the property half a mile) and past by three bulls one chilly morning when taking the horses out for a ride, including the big patriarch. That’ll stop your heart, they can’t see past 30 yards so tend to run at you. Luckily they stayed put, just looking at us.
Conversely, Arizona has jaguars (both animal and automobile brands). No wolverines, though. It’s just too warm for them here, even in the mountains.
When I wear my cold weather coats here in AZ, even with plummeting temperatures, I cook in them. It rarely gets below zero F.
There was a discussion of warm-weather winter trousers on Old NFO’s YouTube channel the other day. In Arizona, I wear cotton ripstop trousers all year comfortably, even during the coldest months. Yes, there is snow, but not that Arctic chill, which requires heavier gear. I’ve worn heavier clothing, and it sweats me. Sweat is your enemy in cold weather.
Guessing you don’t need insulated Carhartt coveralls, which here get deployed every once in a while.
I layer, a holdover from backpacking but with better and more versatile gear. Hate sweating in Winter, rather be just a little chilled. Almost never wear Wranglers in Winter unless going to town or using the “work” fleece-lined ones. MrsPaulM came across Revolution Race and Beyond Nordic, both Swedish (yeah, even The Danish Goddess gave the Swedes a free pass). Have that semi-tactical look (based on construction), and they’re kinda sporty for a more seasoned fella who thinks he’s 25…once the joints loosen up.
Having watched the TV show Yellowstone, I’m now convinced that it never gets that cold in Montana. It’s likely the result of global warming. It stands to reason that it’s warmer still in Colorado.
Revolution Race and Beyond Nordic: both new to me. I see what you mean about “tactical looking”. Sigh. They also look Fjällräven-ish, only less so, if that makes sense. Speaking of, for no good reason other than it was on sale (still not a good reason) I picked up an “Abisko Lite” nylon shell (Fjällräven) the other day. Sleeves are too long, because it’s cut for Svensk, inte Kinesisk. But at least it’s a Swedish thing that I CAN get into these days. (Heh. Totally not bitter. 🤪)
“Sweat is your enemy in cold weather.” Layering: “hell yeah, fuck yeah” always layering. And yes, it’s all about heat management when active in cold weather. Hat and gloves (on or off) is for me a simple way of fine tuning. “Why are you carrying your hat and wearing only one glove?”
Watching The Outsider on YT (young Canadian Christian fella, very good channel), he wears RevRace. Gave them a go and love them. Not out to dinner fare mind you, but practical. BN is family of a neighbor, they have a place next to that Swedish gal with the YT channel from way Nord Svenska:

Both brands are Fjällräven without the hefty price tag.
Künstler, now 92, is still around though I don’t know if he’s still active. He did a great deal of illustrating down through the years and is especially well known for his Civil War illustrations.

I have some of his work hanging at the White Wolf Mine. “My Old Warhorse” is my favorite. It depicts Lee and Longstreet at Gettysburg.
Good choice.
“Russians are not Westerners. They don’t think like Westerners, though they may look like them. The Russians have a distinct culture, history, and view of themselves and their place in history.”
Sal’s probably correct about that. But I’ll add that a ridiculous proportion of the persons running the “West” don’t think like Westerners and don’t think of themselves as Westerners (nor as white for that matter). Rather, they have their own culture, ethnic identity, and view of themselves.
The presently embraced culture in the Beltway is clearly something other than “Western” or a Northern European Protestant Work Ethic. Of course, it extends beyond the DC Beltway and is often characterized as bi-coastal. It resembles a shabby Satanic cult in all but name – and sometimes with the name attached. Embracing it in its entirety seems to be a requirement to live in the Swamp.
👍
Are you referring to our “diversity is our strength” leadership, who don’t look like the natives (red, black, or white kind)? They fit right in with the culture of the elites who ran India for Imperial Britain. They certainly have their own club, or culture, and we ain’t in it.
You sound like a cynic…
Sorry, I was trying to do two things at once and failed to parallel CDR Sal properly. The people I’m referring to look white (to most people) but are adamant that they are NOT white because whites have infinite privilege whereas they have no power or influence at all. None. Not even a little bit.
Topo map of the Arctic Ocean
That is likely of great interest to submariners. The question in my mind is how was it mapped under the ice cover?
It was mapped by submarines.
FYI: Prime dropped REACHER S2 early last night, first 3 episodes. Good stuff…needed to watch something where the bad guys got their [semi realistic] due for a change.
I’m going to watch it later today. There’s a plan for all this at the White Wolf Mine.
From my perspective, Russians are Russians, don’t really care for anything that isn’t Russian, are always in the way of those willing to exploit people, and are constantly harassed for being Russian. They have a lot of resources other’s want, and the Russians always seem to be in the way of obtaining these resources.
I’m not a fan of giving my money to Ukraine, but duly elected representatives of our nation promised them that we would protect them from Russia if they gave up their nukes.
and they did.
I don’t think laundering tax dollars to Bidens and the DNC was part of the package.
If given the opportunity I couldn’t or wouldn’t be part of Congress purely on principle. Anyone going there as a bartender only to become a multimillionaire in 2 years while disparaging our country is a special soulless breed without a conscience or proper faith in God…and I’m so far from that it would be painful to witness up close and personal. Ones soul is theirs alone…no excuses.

This is an especially far-ranging post. Of note: Excellent ATM infographic, pithy Rus analysis though some would argue the Russkies are stronger militarily now than they’ve been in decades, and a great photo of you on a moose. Of course your weapons are hidden, OPSEC.
